Thomas of Tortuga Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 This brightly-colored beast is known as the Lesser Guylinea dragon. Like the mythical Gila Monster, it is clad in vibrant orange-and-black scales. The creature spends most of its time underground in the desert caves of Kaliphlin, where it uses a long lure to attract prey before electrocuting them with four organic electrodes in its jaws. Because of these flashy hunting methods, this beast is among the most prized for riding in parades. A closer view of the ceremonial saddle. The dragon without its saddle. (I hope it looks a little less cluttered like this :) UoP Credits: +1 Brickbuilt Animal Quote
mccoyed Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Awesome. Is it a giant bug? It kind of looks like one. Quote

Kai NRG Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 +1 on brick built animal. I do think it looks a bit cluttered with the saddle, but you did a pretty good job with the shape (though honestly I don't think the eyes are working for me). Quote

robuko Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 A highly original and entertaining entry. I think the build is a little cluttered, to be honest, and this is where the insect vibe is coming from. However, it gives it a lot of distinctive character. Love the chain! Quote
