IenjoyLego89 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 There are many places that one can buy weapons around Graystar and the markets in the city of Volhaal are no exception. Bregir Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 You packed in a lot of nice details in there. My only comment is that it looks like the two men standing opposite eachother in the first pic appears to be about to get into a fight! Quote
mccoyed Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Very good Phase 1 build. I think it's got just the right size, presentation, and level of activity to be a good example of what Phase 1s should be. Quote

Thanks Bregir :) ha I noticed that after I edited my moc, thought it looked like strange posing alright haha :) Very good Phase 1 build. I think it's got just the right size, presentation, and level of activity to be a good example of what Phase 1s should be. Thanks mccoyed :) I think it's the most challenging trying to make a small moc detailed enough that it doesn't come across to simple haha :) Nicely done! Thanks LV :) Quote
LordDan Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Nice stall! It looks really good. This is a really nice build! :) Quote
-Carson Haupt- Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Nice and simple,,but that's the way a phase one should be. I like it! Quote

Gideon Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Nice and suitable phase 1 store I like how you've framed the build with that wall in the background. Quote

Scaevola Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Nice build, nice stall and stone wall. I also like the way you made little deposits of snow and dirt on the road Quote

mrcp6d Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Nicely done. The angled fences add some needed character to a phase 1 build. I do wish the Mitgardian colors were displayed though, especially with a castle wall that's just asking for a flag pole or banner. I use green and yellow hands a lot on spears and walking sticks to work the colors in if a set of flags would be too overpowering. I saw the technique first here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/43547163@N08/sets/72157628200693877, which incidentally is the MOC that finally got me on board here! Quote

Cheers mrcp6d :) now you mention it a flag could of broken up the grey wall abit :) unfortunately I still don't have a green flag for the Mitgardian colours but I am waiting on a bricklink order for them :) Quote
de Gothia Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Looks really good! The wall adds really much to this! However I wish the photo was horizontal, now it looks like the whole moc is about to tip! Quote

Thanks de Gothia :) I know what you mean, I think it was whatever angle I was taking the photo as I was trying to let as much light in as possible. Quote
BrickCurve Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Great little build, though I would make a more obvious entrance to the store. Quote
