  1. And AFAIK, the Designer of 42063 is Lars Thygesen. :) Nice work though. Very compact.
  2. Lego went for playability with 10174. That's quite a breaking news ! @_@ Have a good day, Sir. :)
  3. One of the main challenge of such a vehicle is to have the model well balanced. The building techniques of the whole model are supposed to take into account the weight of the various elements and how the are supported. Instead, you come up with a huge shortcut : a transparent support and forest support to "glue" the model on the ground. This is a kinda convenient in my eye. I reall hope the (rumored) UCS AT-ST coming in 2025 will have a proper balance. As 10174 had back in 2006.
  4. Very nice ! It looks simple, accurate, with good work on the details and the textures. I am not a big fan of the ship, but I like your MOC. edit : if I may : I wouldn't have used curved bricks on the black stands. It just doesn't feel starwarsy. Star Wars is sharp in general. I prefer something more classic, with regular bricks, and sometimes a couple of DBG plates.
  5. Good to know you are still creating Lego stuff. :p I am glad my model could give you some inspiration. I do not agree with your statement about dark red though. Accuracy is one thing. But when the choice of a color, or a part, or a shape, is not quite clear according to various sources, the best choice is often the one that looks better. It is a simple as that. Hence dark red.
  6. My life for the Horde!
  7. I guess you are right. I was just surprised to see that on the frontpage. No big deal anyway. The minifig looks nice. :)
  8. Eurobricks is still a Lego forum, right ?
  9. It is not. You can see on Lego picture that the photo is taken a bit from the back. I mean, have a look at the Bright Light Orange 3x5 liftarm near the wheel arch.
  10. I meant on the Lego set. Sorry for the confusion.
  11. You are not supposed to pull, but to push. Hence it is correct.
  12. Because designers didn't need such a piece count for the products they developped so far. I asked this question to Markus back in 2019 (designer of 42100). Designers have no limitation in piece count for products. If they need 5000 parts for a product some day, they will go for 5000 parts. The only limit may be the system itself : when you come to huge models, you face the limits of the system. Friction between gears, structural issues, limits of linear actuator, etc. Let's no forget that they are just plastic elements, first made for kids.
  13. Hi there ! It took quite some time but the instructions for my UCS Rey's Speeder are finally available. It is quite an unsual build, and Leewan did a great job to make these instructions. The instructions feature detailed steps, modular build, inventory and UCS sticker. The price of the instructions is 30€. You can buy it directly to me by sending me an email ( setechnic@gmail.com ), or you can go on Rebrickable : https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-184744/Aniomylone/reys-speeder/#details Do not hesitate to share pictures if you add this baby to your collection. ;)
  14. @Lord_Jaroh For the longest, the widest, and highest points, you will have all the measurements on the reviews on www.techlug.fr
