About Me
Hi, my name is Jérémy, I live in the North of France, and as I write this I'm 29 (30 soon, but I don't like thinking of it... ).
I received my very first Lego set at Christmas in 1988, it was 6932 Futuron Stardefender 200. I immediately felt in love with it and start gathering Lego on upcoming birthdays and christmas. I had a huge appeal for Pirates and had the chance to get a 6274 Caribbean Clipper (even though I wanted a Black Seas Barracuda, but it was -already- too pricey), among other various themes sets. My dark age came in about 1995 until 2007 when my mum brought me back all my Lego (in really poor state, with a lot of parts missing). I then decided to collect all Pirates set, which I did in about 2 years. But I wasn't aware the Lego virus was growing in me till I started buying new sets... Today I own about 230 sets with over 105.000 parts. I'm a huge Modular Buildings and Sculptures fan.
However, opening a lot of new sets made me aware of how used some Pirates sets I got are. That's why I have a new goal now : acquire every Pirates sets new in box to be the first to build them. And while I'm at it, I take pictures to make reviews to share with the Eurobricks community, and for history sake. After posting my first review of 6247 - Bounty Boat, I entered the Reviewers Academy
