  1. I don't think I ever said something about them being in sets. The posters are rolled as opposed to being folded as the US S@H poster with minifigs is. When you pass the counter, you can snatch a scratch coupon and then exchange it for a poster when you're done scratching of the silver substance. It's just that simple
  2. I'd love to have the wifey wear those boots along with the Leia bikini But it's one of those "Not-happening-EVER!"-thingies
  3. That's sick. What tormented soul would do that to a dog?
  4. I doubt it, since I frequent that store pretty often and they all know me. They allowed me to keep my coupon to share with you guys I think I'll return and ask the owner kindly to donate a few for the Star Wars Forum. And no, they're not folded, but rolled
  5. WIP means Work In Progress. As for personal messages (pm), you can't send any until you reach 10 posts. A protection against spam bots sending pm's to all members
  6. Belongs in community. So I'll move it there.
  7. "There's something grim on the horizon." "The other LEGO themes have ganged up and are sending their best troops to overtake the Star Wars Universe. The Vikings have devised an interstellar longboat wielding proton cannons and the Ninjas are at their side manuevering Stealth fighters. What are the poor Rebel and Imperial troops to do? Could this be the end of the license?" There's not much time left now. Contest ends on the 15th of June. Make sure not to miss this contest. The next one wont be until August. Click here to find out more.
  8. Imperials: Snowtrooper AT-AT Pilot (Both AT-AT's) Stormtrooper (Imperial Inspection) Chrome Darth Vader (Promotional Polybag) Boba Fett (Cloud City) Rebels: A-Wing Pilot B-Wing Pilot Chrome C3P0 Hoth Rebel (with brown visor) Lando Calrissian from Cloud City Playset

  10. Today I went looking for SpacePoliceIII and found nothing... What I did find was that my local toystore had gotten the new wave of Star Wars sets and they even had a small 'competition' going. One of these per customer and if you find Yoda behind the silver coating, well then you've won a poster of the 2009 minifig lineup Imagine how shocked I was when I discovered that I'd won Quickly I flashed the winning coupon and asked for my poster, this is where I got the usual 'aren't-you-a-little-too-old-for-this?'-look and also the point where she (the clerk) kindly explained that to her knowledge noone had 'lost' in this contest. Front of coupon: Rough translation (partly using google.translator ) "Win a cool LEGO Star Wars poster" "Scratch and find Yoda." "Good luck!" "If you've won you have to get the poster at the cashier in the store." Rear of coupon: "Purchase is not required to enter the competition" "Only 1 ticket per person" "Coupons are valid while stocks last or until the 03.07.2009." "Prizes are not to be passed to others and can not be exchanged for cash." "Nationwide there are 24,000 prizes and each prize has a value of 0.72 DKK." Poster: Yeah that's the one. I still can't figure out why people say this is wrong. The only mistake I've found is the Clone Tropper.
  11. Don't we? That's odd.... 7754 Mon Calamari Star Cruiser / Home One Playset 10198 Tantive IV / Rebel Blockade Runner... Well there's no official statement supporting the RBR, but I think we'll get it during upcoming US Event.

  13. That he actually hangs in the air much like bricks don't or something like that...
  14. I've just begun experimenting with google's picasaweb.google.com and it seems to be a great interface, especially with picasa. Plus you get an e-mail with the great gmail
  15. You'd better deal with the fact that we expect our members to adress each other in a more calm and adult manner. Skip the bs words and think before you post. Thank you
  16. Wow.. you've got that one right. Detailed, yeah right Looks like the Venator is the number one set to either hate or love this year Can't wait for the Home One set to surface, I was told that it would be available in LEGOland Gunzburg today.
  17. Good point...
  18. Fair point Klaus. I hope we'll get a Cloud City, but I kinda doubt that they'll whip our wallets that hard. We've already gotten the AT-OT and Dropship, now a Tantive IV plus a wave of rather largish sets like Endor and the Venator. I see no reason for another huge set this season, perhaps next year. The Tantive IV is a classic set and the essence of Star Wars since it's the first thing we ever saw of this amazing universe. It's iconic and slamming a Cloud City on top of the cake would simply overdo it, wouldn't it?
  19. I agree. The video is a bit dissapointing. Let me say this though: It had been running constanly for 3 days and was rather worn down. I was there a day earlier to shoot the video, but my camera ran out of power and at that time the model was working perfectly. So it's a streak of bad luck that the video depicts this model as not working. The colour sensor was an awesome addition to the NXT.
  20. That's the same as the price for us in Denmark. The Venator is around the same value as 2 xbox 360 games.
  21. Nope Not until they solve the problem
