Star Wars: Battle of Hoth not to get US release?!
KimT replied to Blondie-Wan's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Perhaps we should see if we could afford some of those for prizes and run a contest? It would require that you guys start using our amazon links for shopping though -
All the sets? I doubt we'll have more than one. Isn't that the point of CUUSOO?

IS this for real? An organization from the country that brought us stuff like Barbie and Disney's endless Princess stories. This MUST be a joke We've had Scala and Belville for ages and noone complained and now this Whatever! (must be my European mind not seeing what the issue really is)

Leg prints and rear torso prints are surely here to stay. I think I heard at my last visit to the factory that printing legs and both sides of torsos isn't as expensive as it used to be. They (TLG) have invested in new printing machines and thus it only gets "better" from now on. Not sure about the overly detailed figs coming in 2012 though - as someone mentioned, it's getting too "action fig like" for it to be LEGO as we romantically memorize it from our childhood.

Another nice build. I am so envious of those dark tan skateramps you've got. So many great uses for those and I have none

Yeah, I hope Caterham will keep up their good work so far. A shame that we have to be bothered with Marussia and HRT As for good ol' Schumi, then he even downplays the chance of winning this season. They're running a 2011 spec racer at the pre season tests - I doubt that's what they hoped for. They do claim "it's no biggie" though - seriously! It'll be good to see what Kimi can bring to the race And I still wonder what Kubica is going to do when he returns. My money's on Ferrari - he's going to screw LotusRenault to get himself a red racer - which obviously doesn't work right now

[runs off to put some Terminator X on the record] Good job Rook. Nice design which is easily recognizable for us that lived in those record days Now excuse me while I lean back and listen to some Public Enemy and EPMD...

Is THAT a Duplo dragon body? Amazing - I love it
-
The hell it is. I've collected every single Star Wars LEGO set so far and now they've extended the license for 10 more years. Do you have any idea what that'll cost me? Gawd! I need to win a zillion spacebucks in the lottery... soonish! Seconded

So Jerez testing is over and this is the combined lap times: Now why did Mercedes run their 2011 spec racer? Aren't they ready for 2012? Anyways it looks good for Lotus this season.

It's not a problem "all of a sudden". We wont allow deeplinks, but links are accepted. All I say is that if you choose to host prelims or confidential pics in your flickr or brickshelf it's illegal. I was merely giving out a warning that your account such places could get suspended or even deleted if you share illegal stuff. Simple as that.
-
While we wont have deeplinked pics here, uploading them to your flickr is the same as posting them. You just post them on a different site. Same violation. It's prelims. Remember that. The castle style armor is liable to change or even have unique printing.
-
You sure you want to host prelims/confidential pics? You are violating a few copyright laws in doing so.

Yeah, I hoped he'd listed his sub. The Opee Sea Killer is still cool.
-
Sure did. Let's place Pepa Quin's Sub here too.
-
C'mon guys! Don't you want a UCS Sandcrawler or UCS AT-AT?

Merged all CUUSOO in the Star Wars Forum here. Show your ideas and CUUSOO projects here please. Do feel free to still post a MOC in the forum and then add the CUUSOO link. Do not abuse EB or it's Forums to have people voting for you on CUUSOO. Meaning that if you post a MOC solely to lure people to CUUSOO to vote for it, then the staff will step in. "Stay On Target!" You got my support. Supported Jamie75's UCS AT-AT marshel_banana's UCS Sandcrawler Heck yeah!

Indeed Happy B-Day Oky and Mutley and thanks for all your contributions to the Star Wars Forum

A dishwasher is good for cleaning your LEGO. I've been told by LEGO Direct to clean my daughters' DUPLO and PRIMO parts in the dishwasher. Just be aware that prints may come off from such a treatment.
