Its Haberdashery :) I think that the sign is enough. Luckily the building could be easily moded to fit medieval town street. -

I am confused about the reasons why Lego wont make a regular line of sets - playsets or dioramas. Just why??? They have to know that AFOL community craves for them, yet they come out with some nonsense subtheme… It better to be good. -

I am still a little bit skeptical about whether it's legit or fake. I wish it to be true. Because if it is, I will definitely buy it and mod it to fit in my medieval town. This perfect, innovative way to approach a modular theme, and I am glad, they went that extra mile to make it busy and interesting at the same time. I am looking forward to more photos, especially of the backside of the building and interiors. -

I will be happy with basically anything thats minifig compatible as long as there will be some new characters or at least old ones in new guise :) -

Thats only half true. I dont consider that small “vignette” or “battle pack” as a Rivendell. The set itself is named “Council of Elrond” and depicts only one scene (IMO badly). So technically, we have proper Rovendell for the first time. It doesnt apply on Helms Deep or Bag End since they were proper and in scale reasonable depiction of the original sites… So. Thats that :) -

I Guess Minas Tirith. Since they mentioned tht playscale sets are more fun (see the interview with Rivendell designers), I think TLG go big, probably full slice of Minas Tirith with 800+ USD price point. I think the set will be more focused on overall shape like Barad Dur, since its extremely large. So detailed gate, courtyard and tower with theone room accesible and playable with minifigs and the rest will be scaled down significantly. My guess is 7-8000 pcs. + 20 or so minifigs. Some orcs (perhaps 4-6), Witch King, Theoden, Eowyn, Pipin, Merry, Gandalf, Faramir, Denethor, 2-4 Gondorian soldiers, 1-2 Rangers, maybe 1-2 Rohan soldiers or Army of the Dead soldiers, and possibly Fell Beast + couple of horses. Bag End and Helms Deep was already done decade ago. And from what we know, they would go with the path of other unreleased never before seen sets… Edoras is not as iconic as Minas Tirith and Minas Morgul or other Mordor sets doesnt make sense, with Barad Dur released this year. So big conflict scene is inevitable :) Not sure. I think they arent committed to anything in this regard. But you know… meat is back on the menu 😀 -

I guess that first rumours will be around at the end of the year… Depends on how TLG manage to guard their secrets from leakers. LAN members will know around Septwmber/October (same as last two times). Possibly we would get more details during January/February 2025 ;) -
