A real minifig-scale building made in realistic colours. With some 2056 pieces it won't be cheap, but if you buy only one set this year, this might be the one! Mind you, it's also believed that it's one of a series of modular buildings which is implied in the box artwork by the 'greyed-out' adjoining buildings. Start saving!
