  1. You're welcome! I have a review for the figures up at my blog too, but I'm not sure if it's okay to post stuff like that. I bought random the first time and that's exactly what I did too. If nothing else, that's the great thing about the bar codes.
  2. The cows and pigs are cool, but a farm needs chickens!

Wow! I'm not sure... I had a lot of hand-me down Legos at first. I remember a lot of race car sets, or at least those sloped brickes with the numbers on them. Early to mid 80's or so. I think the first set I remember getting on my own was a gas station, but I'm not sure which one. I'd have to track it down. The only other sets from when I was little that really stand out were the Forest Hideout in the Castle theme and the Model Master white semi.
  4. I hadn't really paid attention to how the hats had changed. That's cool. I loved that the cowboy came with three guns. Total overkill!
  5. I'm loving the new Minifigures! I've been an off/on Lego fan, but two of my buds are really into Legos and really hooked me with these! Finally being able to have some more unique characters and buying them sans sets will really liven up any Lego setups! I have a few from series one - the Robot and Caveman are my faves, but I'm really looking forward to series two and almost all of those. The only thing I haven't really enjoyed is the blind box concept, but I put some work into a printable decoder to make up for it! It prints a little bigger than a quarter of page.

Hello! My name's Daniel, but I go by Noisy online. I've had Legos for as long as I can remember. I have some old pieces that I'm pretty sure are older than I am! Based on budget and interest I've come and gone from Lego growing up. I had a ton as a kid, got back into during the Wild West Legos, and then again for the Coast Guard Legos a few years back. I'm really excited by the Minifigures program. Enough so that I thought I'd finally join a Lego forum! Is Eurobricks a good one?

Great review! I want to love the Farm set, but it's just not in my budget... Lego pigs though... That makes it a lot harder. LOL
