  3. That's a good point Vee... infact I'm just now studying a way to "aggregate" your brilliant idea to my raised plate. And make it more realistic & beautiful it's part Lego 30271, you can find it online, used mostly.
  4. Hi All from Beralios. I'm an AFOL really, playing with LEGOs when I was a child.. the adult phase is relatively recent. I'm into Trains and City mostly but also a great StarWars fan and others like Modular Buildings. I've done some layout but not very advanced, with inclines, bridge and little tunnel. If MOC stay for creations and MOD for design, how do we call the modifications starting from an "official" design? That's what I do for now, personal modifications starting from an official or someone else design which inspire. I love using LDD for projects Here in forum I found people with brilliant construction skills and Ideas I will post mine, images & LXF files if someone is interested even if they're on a very base techinque. Cheers Beralios
  5. The Courtyard is amazing. and the stairs too Because I like the idea of the House Up the Hill, I found this solution. but I'm not such a good builder! http://imageshack.com/a/img543/7329/fm1o.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img513/6329/xk0u.jpg With an old CASTLE RAISED BASE PLATE 32 x 48 Beralios
