  1. More progress again, I put two gears together in the manual mechanism so you can change the strongh of the arm and bucket, I do not know yet if it will be useful but for the moment I let it, the engine is removable and you can see the axle of the steering and of the other gearbox near where the cabin will be, all the back part is only an aproach but I like.
  2. Thank you I think that we would have to open a new thread just for the new tires , More progress but more slow because they are aesthetics . The cabin should be a stud higher I think and I changed all the arm mechanism one stud forward, the only new thing is that I was be able to put the gearbox lever inside the cabin which is a good detail.
  3. I am not very good at making cabins so I decided to work hard on a V12 that makes me have a bigger machine that needs a smaller cabin 🤣. The central actuator had to be longer to have a less complicated linkage like in the real machine, but It works very well that It is the important for me.
  4. They are very good but I think they will be even better for trucks or all terrain vehicules. I am thinking of some kind of dakar truck, with all the new parts make a very capable truck It would not be a dream.
  5. New wheels and they fit perfectly so I have a machine that can be used with 3 kind of tyres, audi, zetros and the old ones from the 8265 set. I was be able to put inside a V12 engine so it will be a caterpillar 992k that gives me the chance to do a wheel dozer version like Superkoala did with his loader.
  6. Do not forget the gear diffs another expensive parts, I would have to buy another if I think more on it.
  7. Thank you, believe me it is too small for a RC decent version and you are right, a lot of people are waiting for those wheels, specially purists , my last set over one hundred euros was the unimog I am saying everything with that... but I also think that the 42160 is the best Lego set piece by piece to buy for years.
  8. First of all I started this MOC just due the audi 42160 wheels. I bought mine one week ago so I do not have them yet... that is why I am using the zetros wheels. They are a little bit wider so I think the new ones will fit perfectly if I do not have any surprises with the measures... For now we have a manual MOC with pendular suspension, two diffs, gearbox to alternate between the two functions of the arm and a simple steering mechanism. I am being faster that I use to be because I started it last thursday so I am quite happy with the result until now. My next goals are choose the reference machine that could be a caterpillar 992 or 988 and based on that do it the corresponding engine a v12 or V8, I also think to do another little gearbox if I have enough room to operate the machine more faster without load but I hope not to have room enough . Problems right now are that the machine has more travel that the real one in comparison... but it is a small problem because I usually see just the opposite problem and that is a serious problem for me at least...
  9. I agree, lately the best captured thing in the sets is the license,
  10. I like It but I feel It will be better If It was a little bit wider.
  11. The back of this one is epic, a very good idea.
  12. I tried to do one and I failed, awesome MOCs but specially the white one.
  13. Epic Technic set, I really like it.
  14. The cabin and the steeting mechanism are first aproachs, I already did something better. The cabin will turn out but I do not know yet how to do It, in the pics the cabin is manual 😃. The bed works well but I have to test it with load, I had a lot problems to put the big linear actuator, It is a small truck with a drive and steer axle in the end and less than 15 studs wide. The real truck is rare and the cabin does not fit in it so I will try yo do something similar 😃 . Thank you for comments.
  15. More work done, I have to say that this MOC looks not so good in pics than from my view... I will have to put the steering mechanism between the cabin and bed somehow using 2 horizontal big gears at the sides, the bed works pretty well with the red lever and I want to use, if I have room enough, a small linear actuator to raise the cabin.
  16. I like more than mine, it is cleaner, better and the bonnet and front glass are perfect.
  17. A little slow but good movement for its size, that is why I always try to build my rc machines as small as I can, looking for have the minimum weight to lift.
  18. I like it but machinery without video... is like nothing.
  19. I like these MOCs a lot but in a smaller scale, I do not know yet but you can have problems with the linear actuators if you have too much weight in the arm.
  20. I am with the engine I wanted something low and strong I used a lot of pieces but I gaines one extra stud more for a decent cabin.
  21. Thank you I hope to can build something as good as your MOCs, medium size with functions and playable. The steering is going well this is the first approach so I can be happy because it is sure that it still can be improved a lot. 10x6 truck steering
