  1. Strange thing is, that I bought mine in Czech republic on the 6th July, but there is only one e-hop that offers it.
  2. Well, I think that they are choosing the AFOL's contribution very strangely. Once they show 13 models, in a few months only 4. I was a bit surprised when my astronaut did not make it there although there were so many positive reactions. The only thing that came to my mind is that they maybe did not allow it beacuse of the "American" flag. The same it was with the da Vinci's flyer in the first round and it happens every round that I see some model that should definitely be shown.
  3. My third version of my FTTS International Trial Truck. Still driven by one XL and steered by one M motors, only the steering angle has improved and the whole truck is now 65 grams lighter than it used to be, even when some details as rearview mirrors and grills have been added.
  4. I think this would be a 12 tooth bevel killer.
  5. The last one looks pretty neat.
  6. I never sold anything although I was offered 800 USD for this beauty
  7. Thank you all. Here are two pictures from the night photosession.
  8. As Jurgen wrote, it´s the least you can do to mention the person you borrowed the ideas from. It does not cost you anything and maybe when the author of the idea finds out, it can make him happy and not angry. The other thing is, when two people independently have the same idea, but it does not concern the whole models.
  9. Definitely, but the model has just been finished and I did not have enough time to shoot the video.
  10. Thank you for your reactions. The face with the helmet was the hardest part to build. I wanted to use a Bionicle mask instead but it was too tiny, so I had to make my own. The inspiration really comes from the Darth Vader set, but the whole face was too big. So I improvised a bit and this is what I liked most.
  11. Let´s start with brand new model for the LEGO Technic Challenge. A 29 cm tall figure of American astronaut with moving wrists, elbows and shoulders. The helmet is equipped with two PF lights and both arms are operated by PF M motors. The model is remote controlled and powered by rechargeable LEGO battery.
  12. Would like to have one at home.
  13. Built it yesterday evening and I have to say that this set is a masterpiece. The only thing I do not like is the suspension that makes the same noise as the bulldozer one. Fortunately the treads are not falling off the small wheels as often happened on the bulldozer.
  14. Ok, so just to start with my models, here are some non PF ones.
  15. Thank you. I have to say the same about your Little Devil. This car really took my heart. I love IT!
  16. It really goes well over the obstacles. Unfortunately I still did not have enough time to make a video. The only thing that is against its first place in the race are my driving skills
  17. Inspired by FTTS International army truck. Front axle driven by 8 knob wheels. One PF XL motor for movement, 1M for steering, working headlights. Both axles are pendular. The whole truck is very durable, stable and strong. The design is not that good as it could be to acquire low weight. My truck is the second lightest out of 13 that are in the competition. Length: 32cm Width: 19cm Weight: 955g
  18. Beautiful. Nothing more to say.
  19. Thank you all. It is just inspired by Star Wars Podracers, but the thing you can see is just my imagination coming true through my hands. Good point. I hope for the first option.
  20. 68 cm long and 32 cm wide model inspired by the racing vehicles from Star Wars:EP 1. With opening canopy, joysticks controlling the cables holding the engines, opening mouth revealing a laser cannon operated by a lever in the cockpit and retractable landing gear resembling claws. 17 wheels used in total.
  21. The fisrt and the last time anything got wet was when testing the first version in my bath. The Battery box fell of and straight into the water. The good thing is, that it still works and the Ni-MH batteries also.
  22. Thanks for all the kind words. Yes, my goal was to achieve the appearance of a vintage speedboat like this.
  23. Really nice one. Great job.
  24. There are just two on each side. Definitely it would be better but not that small.
