  1. It's hard to make out, but it looks like Lisa is holding her saxophone with a music stand in the other half of her room on the top floor
  2. Bart's room is hidden behind Lisa's if you look at the tiny floor plan on the top right hand corner :) the picture of his room also points to being behind it. Words fail me how amazing this set looks! How do you reckon they've done the doors? Do you reckon they're a new piece or brick built?

    Something very strange has happened! I received a refund for the cancelled pre-order of the set, and then ordered it this morning. I just checked my orders and two orders for the set have appeared, although I've only been charged for one. I think the pre-order may have gone through regardless?! Has this happened to anyone else who pre-ordered?

    Yes, I paid by Debit Card. The amount has been authorised from my account, so has been subtracted from the actual funds 'available'. I've been in contact with Customer Services, but no word on when we'll be getting a refund.

    Just checked my bank account, and the funds taken for the pre-order of the Parisian restaurant still haven't been refunded. Has anyone else been refunded yet?

    I would have appreciated a formal email or message from them explaining the screw up - especially considering I now have £130 missing from my bank account!

    I was told the funds had been authorised for my account affecting my 'actual' balance, and I'd be refunded this after the weekend. I'm still shocked they never sent an email explaining what has happened. There will be dozens of people waiting for a parcel next week, completely oblivious that the pre-order has been cancelled.

    I was surprised too that they haven't sent any email or made any attempt to inform us about this. Fairly shoddy customer service, especially as the funds were actually taken from our accounts

    I have some bad news regarding the pre-order of the Parisian Restaurant! I pre-ordered the set yesterday, and then phoned up their customer service number today as I hadn't received a confirmation email, and it wasn't in my order history. The woman on the phone apologised and said that they'd listed it for pre-order by mistake, and that I'll have to re-order the set January 1st but I hadn't been charged for it. I asked if they were ever planning on contacting us to let us know this, and she said she didn't know. Has anyone else received a confirmation email? ETA: After another a phone call, it turns out the money taken from our accounts will be refunded at the weekend, and we will have to order it properly January 1st
