  1. You're fast! I'll write a more detailed description soon.
  2. Hi, as you may know I'm familiar with Tatras and 813s specifically. And thats a great model you got there!
  3. It means My Own Creation.
  4. Looks nice! I would like avideo too
  5. I used the Wheel 56mm D. x 34mm Technic Racing, with Black Tire 94.8 x 44 R Balloon. And yeah, I might give it another try after I finish my tatra
  6. I tried to build one a couple of years ago. I guess it worked fine. But I didn't have the required abilities just then
  7. Very Nice! It looks and works great. I like the rear, absolutely magnificent.
  8. Nice. Can you upload another video of it steering? And doesn't the big front "belly" disturbs it while going over obstacles?
  9. Again, my problem is not the gears going sideways. It is the gears that don't mesh good enough and slip. I will add a video later today to show the physical problem and the switching mechanism.
  10. Thanks for your comment but I'm talking about a very specific problem which is the gears slipping in the 2nd gear.
  11. But the overall space both of the gears use is 1 stud so it doesn't matter as to reinforcing the gearbox.
  12. Hi, first of all thanks for your reply. I have put a wrong LDD file on the original post so HERE is the file for the gearbox only. And what do you mean by thinner gears? I don't think they exist.
  13. Thanks! But I'm afraid most of the potential problems you stated are not relevant. You mentioned that placing a vertical liftarm that will hold both axles together will fix the problem, and I agree. But where can I place it so it would no change the length of the gearbox?
  14. Hi, recently I was trying to improve my Tatra truck and learn some more about gearboxes by building a 3 speeds gearbox into the truck. Now the gearbox works marvelously good but the 2nd gear does not. When I switch to the 2nd gear it crackles and clicks. I guess I should reinforce it more but I don't know how to do this without extending its length too much. Any suggestions? This is the gearbox: *The yellow liftarms are part of the trucks chassis. *The LDD file is HERE. Thanks!
  15. Great as always! I commented on YouTube too but I just wanted you to pay attention to the headline of your post, I guess you should fix that...
  16. I think I heard somewhere that some truck trial races require the trucks to weigh over 1 or 2 kgs. I it's right, If guess those chassis are too light
  17. It looks very nice so far! It's gonna be big!
  18. What's the gear ratio you achieved at last? What are the gear transitions?
  19. I don't get what your problem is... Are you saying that the steering is too fast? Or the actual driving speed? Though it looks like it handles the obstacles quite easily
  20. I'm amazed! So many functions in such a tight space! And they look pretty good too..
  21. WOW!! Both of these creations sure have a lot of power! He also built this pelican:
  22. I made a Tatra trial truck in LDD! Topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=52508 LXF File.
  23. Hi. I was thinking for some time now that I want more power and speed in my trucks. So I thought non Lego RC motors will do the job. Did someone already do something like that? And if not, how would you suggest me to do that? Maybe even coupling many XL motors? Thanks!
