Parts that just can't be taken apart without swearing loudly

A couple of tiles which are 2-3 studs from the edge of a larger baseplate. You can't bend it near the edge and you can't stick your nails between them. Lately I've been using a very small screwdriver but the baseplate didn't like the scraping. -
They do have lines and wrinkels though, but look at the faces in this size made me realize they are either too small or too light. Gonna experiment with this later. Thanks for the comments by the way.

Hello guys, I've recently started using adobe illustrator and I've been praticing my minifig design skills. This is what I have come up with so far, you guys care to give some feedback? I made two characters from the book/tv series Game of Thrones. Anyway, here are the minifigs: Left: King Robert Baratheon Right: Lord Eddard Stark What do you guys think?
