  1. OMG that's another absolute corker, Kristel! Very classy indeed, the restrained colour mix works beautifully and that interior is gorgeous. I am jealous and will steal from it like mad. So there
  2. How far into the future did you have to go? March 1st?
  3. I love it! It's just so classy and the entire facade is beautifully proportioned. The two-tone grey mixed with green does it for me, too. All in all very realistic and something I definitely would buy if it were a set. And keep the tree, it's nice!
  4. hahaha, pun very definitely intended!
  5. ok, I'd like to dodge the whole poo thing ;-) and just remark on how really nice that tractor is. Ermmm, ok I can't dodge it... is it loading or unloading? I have a horrible feeling it's loading.

love it! I reckon a military base is secretly every little girl's dream, right? Just needs a few vicious guard dogs cute puppies. And butterfly drones.

Just checked the German S@H and the Powerboat Transporter 4643 is now available for EUR 29.99! Strangely it's the only new set from the summer wave that is now for sale, I hope this means the rest of the summer sets are on their way SOON!

the Hillside house has a sound brick (looks like a doorbell judging from the picture of the box). I haven't seen that on many sets before, or have I just not been looking properly?
  9. Hello from Germany, My name is Jonathan and I've been lurking here without posting for far too long I must admit I am still so in awe of all the beautiful MOC's that are showcased here that I will probably only post very very occasionally. My main interest has always been City and any kind of town landscape. Unfortunately the huge amount of LEGO I amassed in the 80s was given away by my mother as soon as I left home (nice) and so my dark ages lasted until about 3 years ago. Oh man, I loved those sets and I had so much, including Pirates, Space, Technic, Castle and masses of City/Town <sigh> So now I'm trying to build up a new town and I use anything remotely town-like, including some Kingdoms sets and even Harry Potter (Diagon Alley with a few mods looks great in an Altstadt). Looking forward to the Marina that's coming in the summer - I didn't know before that my town is on the coast, but I do now As far as MOCs go I'm pretty untalented and usually end up modifying official LEGO sets, like adding interiors to the modular buildings. Apart from the lack of talent, my second biggest problem is just as my nickname suggests: I never have enough bricks! I've tried my hand at a modular ice-cream parlour, a farmhouse and an office/warehouse for LEGO's transport company (hey, the cargo plane and truck have to have a base at the airport, right?) but so far it's all pretty unspectacular stuff. Thanks for all your wonderful MOCs and your posts in all the topics that have kept me hooked to EB over the past months! If you don't mind me lurking, I'd like to stick around for a while longer! Cheers, Jonathan
  10. This is absolutely incredible. The standard on EB is high enough already, but as lightningtiger pointed out, you've really raised the bar. The structure, the architecture, the details (omg, the DETAILS!!!), the comedy, the story, the photographs... it's almost too much for my brain. PLEASE don't ever stop, give us more! Thank you so much for sharing this. (and after months of lurking, your MOC has forced my to make my first post: THAT's how good it is) ha ha
