That is so awesome! Looks really great, can't wait to see more! But the big question here is: do you wanna build a snowman?
  7. That is HUGE! What an amazing build!!
  8. Very cool MOC! The explosion blew me away ;)
  9. I present to you; my Minecraft layout! Last year when the sets came ou I knew I had to create something around them. I went to several stores to obtain the sets wich were very limited availible. I also bought some basic brick boxes and just started building. I somehow managed to get this out of it. I suprised myself with what I could build, as I normally just follow the instructions and put sets on display. The layout includes 5 of the sets and a mineshaft with minetracks underneath the surface. By suprise, it was shared today bij the Lego Minecraft Facebook page and it now has over 1000 likes! The full set of photo's including some work in progress photo's can be found here:

  12. They made a 'review' video of The Mine at the Lego HQ:
  13. These guys did a pretty cool 7 minute video about all 6 sets: They also say that the Creeper's legs can't be moved :(
  14. Don't worry, Brickshop always gets the Lego Exclusives way after the official release via shop@home and lego stores!
  15. Bureau is a dutch word, with more then one meaning. In this case it means agency. It can also mean 'desk' or 'station' (as in policestation)
  16. I made some pictures on de pf rails before I made it drive so I understand the confusion ;)
  17. I have used my 9v train system, no power funtions involed in the driving part! Edit: I also dont have any power funtions motors. I just grabbed my old rails and 9v motor and tried if I could make it drive ;)
  18. Well I leveld the thing, the front part is 1 stud lower so it slides under the second cart and between the second and third cart I just made sure there was enough space for the carts to turn well. Thanks for the compliments y'all!
  19. I've build a spacetrain with only the parts from Benny's spaceship, plus some trainwheels and magnets. It even drives around on my traintracks! Benny's spacetrain spacetrain SPACETRAIN!!! by legojeroen, on Flickr Benny's spacetrain spacetrain SPACETRAIN!!! by legojeroen, on Flickr

Hi! I am legojeroen, a 22 year old lego fan form the Netherlands. I've been reading and following the forum for quite a while now, so I thought it would be time to make an account. I'm back from the 'dark ages' for almost 3 years now. The Modular line pulled me in. After visiting the Lego Store in Colonge on my vacation and seeing the Grand Emporium I was immediately in. Back when I was a kid I played a lot with Lego, but never had a real building, or this huge boxes/sets of Lego. Being in that Lego Store really brought back some great childhood memories and in a matter of time I bought the 3 modulars available at that time: Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium and Pet Shop. I really enjoyed the building and off course could not wait until the next modular came out so I could add it. For like a year or so the modulars just sat on my flour and I thought; why not build like a street with some road plates and trees? So that happened. Then I thought, lets add some cars! So i dug up my old Lego, and bought some of the Lego City 'Great vehicles' and added that. And step by step (or brick by brick) more and more Lego was added and back in my life like never before. Now I almost don't have space for any more sets. My room is packed! Boxes everywhere, spare pieces flying around in ziplock bags… I have a complete City/Modular setup sized 4x8 basplates full with modulars, cars, creator houses, minifigures, a park and a bunch of other stuff. I have a complete Monster Fighters serie, a complete Lone Ranger serie, a medieval setup, Architucture sets, loads of collectible minifigures, some Lego Movie sets and much much more. I have some (low res) pictures on my Flickr, and soon i'm going to make some high res pictures of my Town and its Mods/ Mocs. I call my Town Hotmok. Why? The sets I own include tons of hotdogs and mugs. Everywhere you look in my setup there will be either a hotdog, a mug or even both. So Hot for hotdog and mok for mug (mok is the dutch word for mug). That's the story (a bit longer than I thought it would be) about me and my Lego (addiction???). Greetings, legojeroen
