I've finally decided to part ways with Bionicle (sorry Constraction Forum!!!). Maybe I'll get back into it if we ever get a G3, but for now, I'm selling all of my G1 sets. Will sell only as a lot via eBay. I am very open to offers, so don't let that price discourage you. Just be fair - there's a ton here! Contacting me via eBay is the best way to make an offer or to ask a question. Feel free to ask! Read the full description on eBay. More pictures on eBay as well.- Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
- Titans Discussion
Well...it's definitely a different take on the Teen Titans. Not sure they had this in mind when they first published the comic... It might be good. It's DC's version of Marvel's Netflix universe. We'll see how it plays out - they can and may well will edit the show based on the initial reaction to the trailer. I'm more optimistic about it.- Star Wars
This is amazing!!!! How many episodes will it be? Is it just going to be a limited run like The Lost Missions? Is that official? How are they going to do that episode considering they spoiled it after they canceled the show?- Any chances of a Lego Avengers 2?
Probably going to happen, but we wouldn't get it until after Avengers 4.- Orient Expedition - Jungle Encounter
- The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part
Did anyone notice that there were no licensed themes in the trailer, other than for the brief glimpse we got of Batman? The first trailer for TLM1 was full of them, it just seems odd that there was nothing here and all the footage came from what seems like the first half hour of the film.- What was the last movie you watched?
Thor Ragnarok. I know it got great reviews, but I felt that the plot was stretched thin in quite a few places, and certain parts which were meant to invoke emotion just didn't work. It was okay, I guess, but it didn't live up to the hype IMO.- What was the last movie you watched?
I actually thought that when watching Ready Player One! They are so similar. I wonder if the book helped inspire The LEGO Movie?- What was the last movie you watched?
Ready Player One - great movie! Can't wait for the sequel (which the author is still in the middle of writing)! That would have been a license headache for the corporate end...but it would have been awesome! Maybe for the sequel or an Ideas set.- Visiting Billund
I spent around 5 hours there, including a trip to their store. Legoland was covered in snow when I went, so can't comment there. Before you book, keep in mind that The Lego House is only open on certain days of the week. Getting to/from the airport is really easy. There's a bus which connects the airport to the Legoland Hotel and The Lego House, 25DKK each way IIRC. Make sure to pick up a model of The Lego House while there. I went for the tree instead and regret it. The airport's been sold out for almost a year now with no plans to release any more, but you can still meet the designer at the Lego store in the airport. Most importantly, enjoy and have fun!- LEGO Incredibles Video Game
I wonder how many playable characters will be available? There weren't that many named characters in the first movie (unless you cont all the dead supers from Edna's "No capes!" speech). There's a limit to how many citizen characters you could put in a game...- Latest updates on LEGO set sales
TRU is putting out promo items they haven't been able to get rid of. I just picked up a Stone Armor Cole for 4.99 + 5% off. They had tons of them on the shelves - it's worth a look. They also had all LEGO Dimensions for 10% off. Not that that reduced the price below the normal MSRP everywhere else...- What did you buy today?
Stone Army Cole. ToysRUs had legions of them on shelves after failing to give enough away with the promo. And all this time they've just been sitting in a back room...- Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
@jonwil Were they all in stock? Sometimes they're listed for technical reasons with no plans to actually sell them to the public...Thanks for all the research!- Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
- Future Constraction Lines
Lego doesn't want to let Constraction die. They want a share of the action figure market. They put the Star Wars IP behind it to prop it up because SW sells. Constraction just needs to take on another best-selling theme to revitalize it (which is probably what Chima was supposed to be). Maybe they should just make CCBS Ninjago ninjas. Ninjago's popular with kids and has attracted tons of kids to other LEGO themes. Small, $10, impulse-buy ninjas? Constraction is not dying. It is being kept alive by LEGO to maintain a share in the market and will continue to do so as long as it can. It just needs something popular behind it to get it started again.- Are the mistika really that bad?
I bought all the Phantoka sans Chirox and the Titan sets. I loved them. I didn't get a single summer set. I loved Krika, and he's still one of my favorite Makuta to date. I thought using a Vahki head as the back of Bitil's head was lazy and that Gorast as a whole was horrible. In terms of the Toa, they weren't the Toa I grew to love from 2001-2003, but they weren't bad. They were just average. Well, except for Gali.- LEGO Ninjago 2018

- The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part
Did they finish rewriting the script in the end? I know Chris Pratt confirmed (I forget where) he received a copy, but that was before they brought Lord and Miller back on board.- Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
