Harley Davidson
Yesterday i joined this forum showing my Peterbilt 379 Dumper, and without flooding this now with my work, I also think you cannot stand on one leg, so I highlight one more. This is my Harley Davidson lowrider bike. Replicated from a twincammed 125 ci supercharged custom bike from the USA.

Bricksonwheel's MODEL TEAM Kenworth W900
Bricksonwheels replied to DLuders's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingThey're called supersingles. Look at modern container trialers, they all have single tyres. But in this case i just liked the big wheels better. Soon i will start working on a new 1:22 with simular wheels to give it a pimped look a bit.

Scania R500 Recovery truck
Bricksonwheels replied to Ralph_S's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingGreat work Ralph, but I told you already I saw this truck for real last week at the Truckstar Festival and it is a very good match. I hope that I can bring the dumper to one of the meetings later in the year, so that we can display together.

Peterbilt 379 Dumper 1:17 with PF functions
Bricksonwheels replied to Bricksonwheels's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingThanks for the compliments all! @Shimon: That is a good question. I tested a setup with diffs, but the problem was that I did not find the room around it for the gearing. It is geared down to supply enough torque to pull the trailer, but the gears i would not have like to be visible or disturb the chassis design. It is a smooth drive though. @DLuders: I don't buy my bricks at Chromebricks. A friend of mine owns a chroming company were i can chrome a batch so now and then for a much better price, as larger quantities of chromed bricks are almost unaffordable online. Most of it i use myself, but the remains I sell off in my own webshop: http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=Peterbilt You can not chrome every existing Lego part. They have to be ABS, and unprinted, and above all they should be able to get mounted on the support racks that go into the electrified liquids during the proces. The chome is very nice, like on real metal, but due to the layer thickness building is also tougher. I would not reccomend building a complete structure with it.

New Eurobricker around
Thanks a lot, Well I know Ralph and we go along quite well, I think we have a very mutual respect for our work I like his work a lot. I already found the Model Team topics too, but I saw Ralphs Scania here too, and as some of my MOCs are PF driven (including the black dumper above) so I thought i'll drop it here too.

Peterbilt 379 Dumper 1:17 with PF functions
Hi all, I am new here, but most Lego freaks know me as Bricksonwheels. I am from The Netherlands. Since some Afols i know are presenting their awesome creations here, I decided to sign up, and do the same. My first contribution is this big scale power Functions driven Peterbilt. I love to get Technic in my Moc's but i really prefer a reallistic detailled look of the result over the tradiotional Technic look with the 'open design'. This truck took me about 2 months to construct. It has 2 engines and about 4000 bricks, with some of them really chromed (non painted). I used many refference pictures to make it. And the main inspiration of this moc: Hope you like it.

New Eurobricker around
Hi there Eurobrickers. Googling around I found this site, finding a couple of pictures from my MOC's on these pages. Being curious I looked through this site and found out I liked it a lot, and some Lego contacts I have are already here too, so I and decided to register. Most people know me as Bricksonwheels. I live in The Netherlands and I am a true Afol actively building anything on Lego wheels. I will show you a couple of examples of my work. Hope you like it, and I am always curious seeing new work from others.
