BrickLink Wanted List Exporter Script (updated)
I just had this problem tonight with Firefox 35.0.1 so I installed the same script into TamperMonkey in Chrome and it works perfectly.

Lego.com shipping time
In over thirty orders from shop.lego.com they have never taken money from my credit card until an item is ready to ship. That extends to split orders, e.g. they billed me on Friday when I ordered Research Institute and Exo-Suit together, but only for the amount of the former as that was the only one in stock and ready to go. I too have found that the expected ship dates are very conservative estimates, with both out-of-stock items I have ordered so far - The Simpsons House and Benny's Spaceship - being delivered at least two weeks ahead of schedule. The other trend I have noticed is that about 90% of the time the order will arrive later on the same day that I receive the invoice e-mail (not the order confirmation one). All of this may depend on your location though, so for the record I am in the UK and my lego.com orders ship from The Netherlands.

Over paid for minifigs?
Another vote for BrickLink over eBay. Or at the very least always checking there first. I started on BL by looking elsewhere when only able to get a pair of Lime Green Technic Liftarms (43857, 1x2 Thick) for £1.99 on eBay. Ended up with eight of them brand-new from BrickLink for £1.20. Coming specifically back to minifigs, I find it even better still. Particularly with the series; buying only from reputable sellers who haven't opened up the packets beyond small cuts to identify the minifig. Too many 'Used' items sold as 'New', and too many knock-offs, on eBay for my liking.

PAB Cups: What Did You Get?
I'm sure someone must have posted about wallofbricks.com earlier on this thread, so please excuse my reposting it if so. But I'm new and there's no way I can read through the previous 58 pages! So to specifically answer the questions posed among the last few posts... Cardiff PAB Wall: http://www.wallofbricks.com/pab-display.php?country=UK&pab_store_id=63 Denver PAB Wall:http://www.wallofbricks.com/pab-display.php?country=USA&pab_store_id=17 The selections at both are very similar to the Milton Keynes store when I was last there in early May. With the exception of the Olive Green cheese slope. I'd definitely go for a few of those.

How many bricks do you have?
Brickset says I have 28414, of which over 3000 are loose parts. This doesn't include the parts I have bought from TLG and BrickLink in the last few months (including a fully-BrickLined 10185) so I think the true number is closer to 40000. I should declare the fact that I have all my daughter's Friends sets on Brickset, as well as all my Classic Space sets that are in my parents' loft. So while not deliberate I guess that is kind of cheating! So how many pieces do I have? Like so many others here it's hard to say but I guess in the 25K - 30K range. Not bad for six months, but financial reality is starting to set in and the rate of increase should be tapering off.

How important is it for you to write "LEGO" vs Lego?
Okay, so having read the official guidelines ("rules"?) in Dennan's post above I am minded to make the miniscule extra effort to use all capitals. As we're all for The LEGO Group protecting their brand, right? Or as a new member am I taking this way too seriously?! Only too happy to be put right by more experienced members! Thanks.

Problems with an order from S@H
I have always received confirmation e-mails until the Exo-Suit. But given the demand and the negative effect it had on the website for several hours I think they just got missed for a lot of people this time and there's nothing to worry about. The order will still exist and can still be checked - as someone else has already said - by logging into your account. Specifically: 'Sign In', click 'View your account', select the 'Account History' tab, follow the "click here" link at the end of the blurb (this is confusing and bad design), and you'll see your orders which can be individually clicked on to examine the contents. All three of my "missing" orders with Exo-Suits in are listed here so I'm sure it's the same for everyone else.

Can LEGO customer service do this?
I'm in the UK and have only ever had positive experiences with Customer Services. The first page of this topic seems to be both a mix of experiences with Pick-a-Brick and Bits and Pieces, and a mix of reasons for using the latter. Consequently I'm not sure if people (mainly in the US?) are having an issue with just B&P or both, or if it's just replacement pieces via B&P, or what? I'm slightly concerned at the idea of being flagged for over-use of these services as I was thinking of them as "you pays your money, you gets your bricks". Indeed, i have hit both services fairly hard in the six months since my Dark Ages came to an end, but only once for a missing piece. The rest of the orders were clearly large purchases for MOCs or sets that I missed buying retail. So do I need to be worried and/or dial it back? Or am I just confusing people talking about "missing parts" from B&P with "I want to buy a piece" from B&P? Apologies in advance for any "noob-ness". :)

How important is it for you to write "LEGO" vs Lego?
I might use LEGO for emphasis at times but otherwise it's "Lego" for me. Capital "L" as I admit to being a bit of a spelling/grammar pedant, though only with myself. Which brings me to the point that I really don't care what other people use as long as it is obvious what they mean by the context. Am I right in thinking that "Legos" is a North American term? I can't recall hearing anyone say it here in the UK on either side of my Dark Ages. Personally I would use "Lego bricks" or "Lego pieces".

Hello EuroBricks! :)
Hello all. My name is Ben and I'm a 38-year-old, '2014 vintage' AFOL whose dark ages came to a fairly sudden end in January/February. This was through a combination of seeing the LEGO Movie with my 6-year-old daughter, her getting into LEGO other than 'Friends', and my parents getting my Classic Space LEGO out for her to play with at their house. It has proved to be a fantastic way to spend quality time together, but has also sucked me back into building on my own! :) Including the old pieces mentioned above (now meticulously logged on BrickSet and Rebrickable, of course) I think we're approaching the 40,000 piece mark and obsessive sorting, re-sorting, creating and managing Wanted Lists on BrickLink - and constantly trying to find better storage methods - have taken up a great deal of my free time in the last six months. My piano and Xbox have been looking very unloved. Having purchased 7879 'Hoth Echo Base', I quickly realised that playsets weren't my thing as it is the design and build phases that appeal to me. Consequently I have bought or Bricklinked numerous sets that are basically models (e.g. various sized Star Destroyers, other SW ships) as well as buying Modular Buildings. The latter are probably my main interest at the moment having bought all the ones still sold at S@H, the Fire Brigade BNSIB from eBay, and just this weekend finished my BrickLinked Green Grocer (all New parts with 1x8 Sand Green bricks). This last build reminded me that I had yet to post here, despite lurking for six months and having signed up almost two months ago! Finally, I am currently working on the following: a combined version of Swiss Ghostbusters' two HQ MOCs and an LDD rebuild of Christer Nyberg's 2010 Modular Madneess winning "Terrace Apartments/Barbershop", which I have also partly built with actual LEGO. I won't post that here without his permission though as he never released instructions. Anyway, I could go on (as you may have realised) but probably best for everyone if I don't! Great to be here properly at last and thanks for having me! I'll sign off by saying how in awe I am of the custom work displayed by Eurobricks members and what an inspiration it has been for me so far. :)
