[SWBP] – Duel Aboard the Invisible Hand
Thanks Graham! The reason I made this one of my entries is because I've always wanted to see how Lego would handle a set design for this scene. I did struggle for some time to decide which minifigures I wanted in this battlepack. Originally I was going to add in Palpatine, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Count Dooku; but that absolutely limited any army building that is the norm for battlepacks. So instead I added a Super Battle Droid in place of Obi-Wan because he did get knocked out midway through the fight and a droid can be part of a larger army. Thank you for your complement on my build! Thank you Percy!

[SWBP] – Attack at the Jedi Temple
Aid the Jedi Warriors as they stop the 501st Legion Clone Trooper from causing destruction at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant during Operation Knightfall! My entry includes four army-building minifigures: a female Twilek Jedi Knight sporting two blue and green lightsaber, a male human Jedi Knight sporting a single green lightsaber, a female human Jedi Padawan sporting a single blue lightsaber, and a 501st Legion Clone Trooper. The build for this battlepack is an ancient Jedi Master statue that appears in the film. Building it was very intriguing because I built the bottom half with studs upwards and bottom half with studs downwards (both halves are connected by a single Technic axle). You can see this demonstrated in a picture below where the statue has been separated. The separation of the statue is also the feature of this battlepack; in which the 501st Legion causes destruction to the Jedi Temple (the feature also symbolizes the fall of the Jedi Order). The arms rise and fall using the ball joint connectors and are locked together by another Technic axle piece. Buying multiples of this battlepack is a great idea because you can create your own Jedi Temple with multiple statues (just like in Revenge of the Sith) and build your Jedi and 501st Legion armies. Hope you enjoy my second entry, and thanks for looking!

Star Wars Battle Pack Contest
Thank you for putting on such an awesome contest! I just wanted to make you aware that I accidentally posted my entry twice somehow. I edited one asking for it to be deleted, because as far as I'm aware I don't have access to delete the post. If you have the time, could you please delete the edited thread for me? My apologizes for the inconvenience, thanks for your help! Link to the duplicate post: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=109291

[SWBP] – Duel Aboard the Invisible Hand
Help Anakin Skywalker defeat the evil Sith Lord Count Dooku and his Super Battle Droid to rescue the captive Chancellor Palpatine aboard the Separtist flagship the Invisible Hand! Four minifigures are included that have been compiled from other sets: a Super Battle Droid, Count Dooku, Anakin Skywalker (with face of Attack of the Clones Anakin), and Chancellor Palpatine (includes two of the One Ring piece from Lord of the Rings sets on his wrists to accurately represent the restraints that the chair had in the scene from Revenge of the Sith). The two builds that are included are: a light that sat aside the chair in the film (that can be split in half by applying pressure on the bit sticking out of the of the support beam; represents Anakin or Count Dooku using their lightsaber to split the beam and use their force ability to throw the top half at their opponent) and the chair that holds Chancellor Palpatine in the film (which can be swiveled around using the black flat tile sticking out of the bottom of the build). Hope you enjoy and thanks for looking!

I I think I'm correct in saying that only promotional figures are made from Chinese plastic. All other minifigures from actual Lego sets, including the Clone Trooper Lieutenant, are made of ABS high quality plastic. Hope this helps!

DC Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussions
I was browsing eBay.com recently and I found a seller who has listed two 2015 DC minifigures; Green Arrow and Green Lantern. Green Arrow is quite ugly in my opinion with the butter colored hair, but the easy fix is to replace it with a forest green hood. Here are the links: Green Arrow: http://m.ebay.com/itm/111505108074?nav=SEARCH Green Lantern: http://m.ebay.com/itm/121478320502?nav=SEARCH Enjoy! -GotLego

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
I believe FBTB.net had an article about this, and that you should go on the Lego website, go to Customer Service, then to Part Replacements, and then search the set and request a replacement head and hair (it will be free of charge, you just have to explain the situation to a Lego rep via email). Good Luck!

ARC-170, 8088 or 7259?
Having owned both within the span of my Lego collecting, I'd have to go with 8088 as well. While 7259 has printed parts and is a good throwback set, the newer 8088 is more streamlined and better for displaying purposes.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
I think the UCS Slave I is an amazing feat of modern Lego designing- all those gorgeous complex curves and details. It would make sense to have this at $200 considering the UCS Tumbler which only had about 100 less pieces, but you never know. The minifigures are a welcome edition, are screen accurate (to the carbonite loading scene), yet they feel rehashed and lackluster. Minifigures aside, this set is worth it for the mass amounts of rare forest green and sand green parts. I don't really mind how detailed the interior is as long as there is a good looking cockpit, I feel as though my hands wouldn't be able to fit all the way inside the interior anyway.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Did some math to find the price per piece ratio of the new wave for you guys [rounded to the nearest cent (+ means rounded up, - means rounded down)]. Enjoy! 75048 Phantom: 11 cents per piece + 75049 Snowspeeder: 11 cents per piece + 75050 B-Wing: 11 cents per piece - 75051 Jedi Scout Fighter: 12 cents per piece - 75052 Mos Eisley Cantina: 11 cents per piece - 75053 The Ghost: 10 cents per piece + 75054 AT-AT: 10 cents per piece + 75055 Imperial Star Destroyer: 10 cents per piece + 75058 MTT: 9 cents per piece - (compared to 7662 MTT from 2007 with 8 cents per piece -) So it seems like the best deal is the worst designed set . Good thing the bigger sets are at the golden ratio, but some you might just want to wait for a sale.

LEGO Star-Wars VS China
Besides the obvious point that these are fakes, I have another problem with the Chinese clone brand. Say you go to search "Lego Super Heroes" on eBay. At least the first 100 entries are of these fake clone brand Lego. Because the sellers decided to tag them into the same category as Lego, you have to sit there sifting through just to find even 1 or 2 real Lego listings. Its less about the problem of them being a threat to my legit minifigure collection, but more it makes it impossible to search a broad Lego topic and find quick results.
