  1. Hi Phil, we did not decide yet, if we'll attend FanWelt 2012 or not. In 2010 we had a lot of fun - but it was also quite exhausting. We would really love to meet you - and many other friends, like Tretty and the guys from MBFR. About some more parts: YES! We have plans for parts #4 and #5. But we have to buy a lot of bricks first ... Cheers, Annette and Thomas
  2. Thanks very much! I'm really glad you like our MOC Thomas
  3. Hi! Here is the newest addition to the kingdom of "Burg Stolzenstein". My companion Annette and myself built it for the exhibition "Bricking Bavaria" in November 2011 in Munich (Germany). All pictures link to [Flickr]. I hope you like it :) While king Brick-A-Lot invited all his vassals to a tournament (see previous post), Robin Hood is hiding in the nearby forest. Robin and his merry men live in tree houses. They can hide up in the trees and are hard to attack. While some of the outlaws are feasting ... ... others are exercising with bow, crossbow, sword and cudgel. The carriage of the tax collector is being ambushed in order to get fresh supplies and to share the loot with the poor and depressed. The soldiers already capitulated without bloodshed. In striking distance the graceful princess tries to find the right frog, which turns into a beautiful (minifig-yellow) prince, like she heard so many times before... At the edge of the forest the knights pitched their tents for the tournament. Looks like they don't see what's happening to the poor tax collector. (This section connects to our tournament layout.) Also the old peasant goes his way.
  4. Thank you all very much for your nice and positive feedback! This really encourages us to continue with the next episode of Burg Stolzenstein :) /Annette and Thomas
  5. Hi! After we finished our Fantasy Era style castle "Burg Stolzenstein" in 2009 my companion Annette and myself decided to continue with this MOC. So we added a tournament where Sir Brick-a-lot, the king of the castle, invited all knights of the country to pit their strength against each other. We showed the latest version recently at the AFOL event SteinCHenwelt 2011 in Sihlbrugg, Switzerland. This is where we took the following pictures. We already plan part #3: A home for Robin Hood and his friends in a nearby forest! :) More pictures can be found on MOCpages, Flickr and Brickshelf
  6. Hi, the set can be seen live at the AFOL event "1. Obernauer Fanausstellung" in Germany. Check out the first pictures here: 1000steine Cheers, Thomas

I have to change my mind and choose a bicycle, too. Reason: Today gas prices in Germany are at EUR 1,52 per liter for my car (Diesel) For US guys: 1 gallon = 3.78541178 liter, 1 EUR = US$1.60009 --> 1 gallon costs US$9.207
