LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Nope, in a deleted scene of ESB it was revealed the Rebels had captured some wampas (probably when they took over the cave system that is Echo Base) and held them in an enclosure. When they were fleeing during the imperial attack, C3PO went to the door of the enclosure (looks like any other door) but it had a sticker on it warning people not to enter, and he rips off the sticker. Then you see snowtroopers enter the room and get mauled by the released wampas. In fact that sticker was inside the previous Echo Base set, but as a simple sign on a post.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
I expect a better version of the Echo Base than the previous ones (duh) with probably a Bacta tank / infirmary, a blast door, the shield generator and the ion cannon. There could be a wampa enclosure too, as a nod to a deleted scene from ESB. There will probably be a small trench with a couple cannons to add the inevitable spring shooters too. Or maybe the ion cannon itself will contain one.

[MOC/MOD] Cloud City Carbon Freezing Chamber
Yeah sadly I have a Lando face from Desert Skiff but I don't have the body/clothes so I'll have to do without for now, or I'll have to look for acceptable replacements. As for the full circle with just two sets, I didn't have the parts to do it because I absolutely wanted to do the circle entirely the same way, with the orange neon "lights" and the bley wedges over them all around, and the special "A-shaped" black parts to connect every segment, so 3 sets were required. I did end up with a bunch of spare parts though, from the other parts of the build I did not include, such as the mechanism to move the carbonite slab, the elevator, etc... Plus I needed 3 stairways anyway! Thanks for your comment, it's appreciated!

[MOC/MOD] Cloud City Carbon Freezing Chamber
Hi everyone! Like many others here, I was not satisfied by the small size of the recent Cloud City Carbon Freezing Chamber set. Sure the Ugnaught was cool, and it was a long time since we had last seen a Bespin set on the shelves, but it was ultimately disappointing. So I decided to get two more Carbon Freezing Chamber sets off Bricklink (cheaper without the minifigs) and modified it to my liking. Here are the pictures, though it's not completely finalized (I'll probably add some more greebling, tubes, cables, and the "crane" was a last-minute idea that I threw together with leftover bricks so it's not as sleek or faithful as it could be), but I really wanted to share it so without further ado, here is the link to the pictures : http://imgur.com/a/K7q8e/all Just a note on the build : having three sets was enough to build a full "circle" for the chamber, and I decided to add a stairway going up to represent the stairs where Luke and Vader duel later (since Luke gets kicked down the stairs into the chamber, there had to be stairs going up). The crane is meant to be the one that pulls the carbonite slab up after Han gets frozen, but I didn't have the parts to build a claw for it so that'll probably be modded down the line. It's completely pivotable and removable to not get in the way of playing with the set for my kiddo. Hope you like it, feel free to leave some comments!

Is anyone collecting the Star Wars posters?
Maybe the CS dude you keep contacting hates the prequels and keeps sending you these to put you on the right path?

[WIP] Movie accurate cantina at full minifigure scale
That's what I did for my Ponda Baba and I think it looks cool. It's a smidge oversized compared to a "normal" LEGO head, but it's not any bigger than an Iron Man helmet or Kylo Ren's helmet, so I think it's a cool alternative to getting a more expensive custom molded figure..

It's not really a matter of pages, you'll be given 8 red technic 1x4 bricks. Those are meant to be the anchor points for the wings, eventually. Instead of using them, use 4 1x6 technic bricks first (the lower ones, which are built first in the booklet), then for the second ones use 4 1x8 technic bricks. Two on either side, they will replace all the red technic bricks.

[MOD] Wing and landing gear for Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle
My mod does not require a stopper underneath, and yes the complete assembly is very stable and sturdy. I do think that Jang's mod is better because it allows to easily switch between what I call "landing mode" (with vertical wings) and "flight mode" with the wings in the V-angle.. mine requires to disassemble and replace the technic bricks I used with the original bricks to go back to vertical. But if you're going to put it in V-angle wing position and keep it that way, I can certainly recommend this way of doing it. Here is a crude LDD attempt to show how to do this mod.. On the left you can see the technic bricks that are used in the actual build, two lower red 1x4 bricks and two upper.. the axles go through these to attach the wing vertically. On the right is the mod I used. It replaces the red bricks completely, I chose black because it fit the color scheme better. The lower two are 1x6 and the upper 1x8. The red axles show the points where you should insert them to achieve this angle seen above. The tan axle shows another possible angle that simply requires to slide out the axle and change the slot, in which case the angle is even more pronounced and the wings look like a bird of prey, seen even more above. Hope this helps!

[MOD] Wing and landing gear for Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle
Those are good ideas, obviously my feedble mod cannot compare to Jang's, but I'll try to incorporate some of his ideas into mine next time. I took another picture to show that the angle on my mod can be modified very easily (simply took out the axles, moved the wing to another angle and shoved the axles back in), no removal of bricks needed whatsoever.

[MOD] Wing and landing gear for Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle
I, too, modded my Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle, and the instructions on how to accomplish my modifications are very, very simple. If you are interested, these are the pictures of the result, I'll post the instructions below (no pictures needed, it's really that simple).. As for how to do this mod, at some point you'll have to put 2 1x4 red technic bricks on either side of the ship, and then another 2 above those, separated by a thin plate. I simply removed those red technic bricks entirely and replaced them with 1x6 black technic bricks for the lower ones, and 1x8 black technic bricks for the upper ones. This allows to use the axles provided in the package to attach the wings at an angle. You can make the angle different by simply changing the length of the technic bricks used to attach the wings. Note that this mod allows the spring shooters to remain functionnal. I'm probably going to use some greebling to cover the extra technic "holes" that can be seen near the attachment points.

I went for this angle because 1) I thought it looked cool and 2) I'm pretty sure that's going to be the "cruising speed" angle that the shuttle goes into, once the wings have finished folding down.. but like I said, if the wings never go to that angle, it's a simple matter of replacing 4 bricks to change it (you don't need to dismantle the whole ship, just remove the axles, take the wing off, and then take a few bricks apart to remove and replace the technic bricks). Hope this helps someone! EDIT : took another picture after changin the angle, all it requires is to slide the top axles out, move the wing to the desired angle, and then insert the top axles back in and voila!
