REVIEW: 8970 Robo Attack
According to Lego.com it's 22.9 cm, or 9 inches. Great review! I just ordered this thing yesterday and put in overnight shipping, so it should arrive shortly. Had I not ordered it, your review would definetly have convinced me to. Wreaking havoc in a giant robot with the ability to 'Flambe' ON! CT

What did you buy today?
Yesterday I ordered 'Robo-Attack' and a Brickmaster subscription. I payed for overnight delivery, so it should be at my house soon. CT

Good experiences on EB
You know, there seem to be a few Mod/EB hate topics lately, so I came up with about my 3rd greatest idea ever (behind 'Obama-Os' and looking at yourself in 'Portal' in a portal after you create another portal parallel to you)... A GOOD experiences on Eurobricks topic! Fret not, haters, just divert your eyes from this before the positivity melts your face like the Ark of the Covenant. I guess, since nobody is posting here with me, I'll start. The very positive reviews my 'Lego Idol' comedy topic got before drowning in a sea of horrible ratings. Damn you Economy! (Note I said 'Economy' instead of 'Eurobricks'). Any other takers? CT

Suggestions & Membership
Jurors! If people such as yourselves examine said evidence it would appear that man is guilty of TWO accounts! I can see from the viewpoint of both sides here, but I do believe the Mods are NOT GUILTY of 'Harsh Hobbyists' (alliteration!) I believe that we must remember, that this is a site where the main demographic is adults. And, many people like to see proper grammar when the open their PCDMDs (Personal Computation Devices of Mass Destruction), not 'LOLz! Liek hai!' Whoa. That sounded a bit harsh, don't you think? CT PS: We as the Jury find the defendants (Moderators) Not Guilty!

Goodbye, Billy Mays...

Mindstorms NXT 2.0 on S@H!
I decided to check Shop at Home for the new Grand Carousel, and searched a few other sections. I wanted to see what Power Functions the Mindstorms section housed, and so I checked that section. I got a pleasant surprise! There doesn't seem to be a price, though, and I can't post the pics because there doesn't seem to be a way to do that in the 'More Views' box. So I'm sorry about that. Also, if this has been said already, Mods, feel free to close this. CT

Michael Jackson: Dead
My mom cam into my room, late this afternoon and broke the news. "Also, by the way, Michael Jackson is dead." And she left my room. Those 8 words made such an impact. Although I can't say I agree with what he might have done, he brought us some of the best music around. He was an amazing entertainer. He was a "Thriller". RIP Michael. And Farrah. Have a good time... wherever you go. CT

Arealight Vespa

What is your EB Signature all about?
My first line is self-explanatory, you can get add space on my sig. If you can afford it. My second line is explaining my services and what happens if I fail. Of course though, that's a joke. The third line is my little joke, wether it's funny or not, it'll always be there.

The Epilogue of Interactive Apocalypse
So... This is how it all ends, hmm? Nice, albeit, bittersweet ending. It doesn't end all TOO happily ever after, and I like that. The new base is small, though, it is very nice and the attention to detail is great. Congrats boys, we made it. I feel pretty good inside. Now, bring on the new Story Arc! I voted Bring on Interactive Supervillain! I want to rule the World! And... I really do. CT PS: And well done for all the amazing scenery over the months.

What are you listening to?
It's nice isn't it? It really doesn't have too many punk moments. And speak of the devil, I'm listening to a song on there, "Viva La Gloria". CT

Arealight Vespa
Does anyone know where I can find an Arealight Vespa? I picked one up at BrickWorld and for some reason, tonight, it's handlebar broke and won't attach back to the Vespa. I searched his store, but nothing was there... Suggestions? CT

Brickworld 2009 - the action
That's good. Be sure LEGOLand is your first stop! And if you want an Architecture set, get the Guggenheim, I recently acquired it, and it's spectacular. CT

Brickworld 2009 - the action
I saw this in person. And it looked even pink...er. Seeing the Eurobricks booth was very humbling, with all the spontaneous creations and all. Being there was a dream come true, especially meeting Hinckley and CopMike. And... (like a giddy schoolgirl) They talked to me!!! Hinckley even commented on how young I was. What? You've never seen a twelve year old who likes LEGO? All in all, I'm glad I went 'cause the creations were spectacular, I got some Batman Figs, and I had a great time. CT

Does 2.0 come with the parts in 1.0?
I never got around to getting Lego Mindstorms NXT v1 and I was wondering if v2 came with all those parts. Does anyone know the answer? If it's To be determined, or answered already, please feel free to close this topic. CT

Any way to add multiple arms to a minifig?
Well, if you are shooting for an alien like Sig-Fig, then this piece, Frenzy's head is good, but you can only use arm pieces that connect to a rod. Now if you don't want an alien feel, you can use use an old torso, or drill a hole through a new torso, slot a rod through it, and connect something rod-attachable. I remember there being a topic about this somewhere, and I was gonna give you a link, but I can't find it. Sadly, it seems the only multiple arm techniques are only 'Rod-Accessible' Hope it helped a minor bit. CT

Review: 8971 Aerial Defense Unit
This set is above average for me. Having bought it last Friday, I wouldn't call mediocre, but since I bought it at TRU (with Space Truck Getaway) I just don't feel like I got my moneys worth. It is an Agents set, though, and as expected, the Mini-figs are great. I never had a Breakjaw helmet before this, and the Commander's head is very nice. Good set, but maybe not worth going to TRU for it. CT

Canadian Eh?
