  1. Okay, let's try this again... This is the Wanderer train, from the classic American television series The Wild Wild West, constructed in LDD. A long term loan from the United States government, the Wanderer carried Secret Service Agents James West and Artemus Gordon across the country on countless vital missions, which often found them pitted against their arch-nemesis, the diminutive but deadly Dr. Miguelito Loveless. I attempted to design the train with the same considerations that go into making an actual Lego set of this size (though I'll probably continue tweaking it as I come up with better play features and more show-accurate designs). Current features include: -A full cast, featuring (from left to right) Artemus Gordon, Jim West, Miguelito Loveless, and Loveless' henchmen Voltaire and Antoinette -A sound brick in the coal car, which plays the theme from the show -Both passenger cars feature removable roofs and walls, and opening doors at both ends -Jim's car contains a drop-down weapons rack, pool table, and desk with concealed gun -Artie's Car is equipped with two workbenches, one for inventions and another for disguises -Dr. Loveless' prototype helicopter features dual missiles on the undercarriage and a gear to spin the rotors for liftoff If you like this project, please support it on LEGO Ideas!
  2. Go forth and link removed Because we always need more trains, especially when they're based on a classic TV show!
  3. This creature was, until recently, one of a species of imposing--but rather cowardly--hunter/scavengers. That all changed when it broke into an ancient crypt looking for bodies to feed upon. Instead, it found an ornate staff emitting an alluring glow. When the beast touched it, the ancient consciousness imprisoned within the scepter immediately took control. It modified the scavenger, both mentally and physically, and now used the beast to further its own ends. The villagers call the mutated creature Calliope, for its hauntingly musical cry. Don't expect him to actually win anything, but I figured I might as well toss him out there.
  4. Last-minute entry ahoy! The being now known as Kykohi was once an ordinary villager on the island of Okoto. However, he had an intense interest in the Masks of Power, digesting any bit of their lore he could find. Eventually, what was once a relatively innocent hobby grew into an obsession, not only with the masks, but with any powerful artifacts. Finally, a few years ago, the villager disappeared and could not be found. Everyone assumed he had run off to look for his precious artifacts, but no one guessed that he would be successful... They underestimated him. In his travels over other islands, the self-christened Kykohi found samples for what he sought: a suit of black armor that granted him the strength and stature of a Toa, albeit in an unnatural, twisted form; a pair of sleek, artificial wings which enable swift, silent flight; a series of clamps and chains whose sullen orange glow binds his soul to his body, granting him amazing regenerative abilities; and a pair of phantasmal swords capable of bypassing physical matter to directly injure the mind and spirit of an opponent. Now, Kykohi has returned to his homeland to finally seize his ultimate goal, the treasures that first sparked his obsession...and woe betide anyone, villager or Toa, who stands in his way.
