  1. Hate to break it to you, but those weren't the last four episodes of the show. They were four episodes from an Anakin/Obi-Wan arc that would've been in Season 7 (and we know they had 8 seasons planned). The last episodes would've led directly into ROTS, i.e Battle of Coruscant.
  2. A thank you post to Star Wars: The Clone Wars fans from Dave Filoni, teasing what we would've seen in future episodes had the show not been cancelled: http://starwarsblog.starwars.com/2014/03/10/to-fans-of-star-wars-the-clone-wars-thank-you/
  3. New characters revealed: Zeb and Sabine! http://uk.ign.com/articles/2014/02/18/star-wars-rebels-exclusive-first-look-meet-zeb http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/star-wars-rebels-meet-sabine-681433 Steve Blum and Tiya Sircar will be voicing them respectively.
  4. Since we now have the official announcement of where these episodes will be airing, I think it's a good time to create its own topic for the episodes being branded "The Lost Missions". Coming to Netflix on March 7th for US & Canada members: http://starwars.com/...on-march-7.html And a new preview clip featuring Yoda and Qui-Gon Jinn communicating: http://www.usatoday....etflix/5446097/ Picture of Captain Rex in the episodes: http://starwars.com/...flix-mdtout.jpg Feel free to use this topic to discuss anything related to The Lost Missions episodes.

  6. New major character reveal for Rebels: Kanan. Also confirmed that the voice of Kanan is Freddie Prinze Jr. http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/tv/2014/02/11/freddie-prinze-jr-star-wars-rebels-first-look/4802651/
  7. New Star Wars: Rebels character revealed: Chopper (the grumpy Astromech Droid): http://starwars.com/news/star-wars-rebels-meet-chopper-grumpy-astromech-droid.html And some other Rebels news: "Series of vignettes airing from August onwards showcasing minimum of four main characters. This will see the launch of books for young readers around this time, which will include back-stories and prequels to the full Rebel series. Trying to launch this to quite a high degree of fanfare. Early October we will see what has been termed a "movie" but is actually only an hour long feature episode drop on the full Disney Channel. Disney XD will then start the ongoing series. As the situation sits only one episode is in the can although a lot is obviously work in progress. And for characters: "On board the Ghost we will encounter: - Kannan Jarrus - Hera Syndulla - a Twilek whose family we have met before, and may well meet again. - Zeb - the gunner, and trusty sidekick. On board the Phantom we will encounter: - Ezra Bridger - a renegade Imperial Cadet, who learns of their Force sensitivities through a highly sought Holocron - the very item The Inquisitor is commanded to retrieve by his Emperor. Bridger dresses in some customised Imperial gear.
  8. Here are the remaining Yoda Arc episode descriptions (and probably the last TCW episode descriptions seen as the Yoda Arc is believed to be the finale of the Bonus Content): Destiny "Guided by the Force, Yoda travels to the heart of the galaxy. There, on the planet where he finds the origin of the Force, he must face difficult trials. Only upon passing them will the Sages deem him worthy of learning the deepest mysteries of the Force...." Sacrifice "On Moriband, the homeworld of the Sith, the time has come for Yoda to pass his final test. Only then will he learn the best-kept secret of his order, but first a most powerful enemy awaits...."
  9. More episode descriptions have been revealed: Episode 6×09 The Disappeared, Part 2 In order to fulfill a dark prophecy, a mysterious cult kidnapped Julia, queen of the planet Bardotta. Now Jedi Master Mace Windu and Senate representative Jar Jar Binks need to give everything in order to stop the cult. If they fail, the cult might unleash a dreadful force… Episode 6×10 The Lost One Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas died under mysterious circumstances years ago. When a secret Jedi mission accidentally finds his lightsaber, Master Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker investigate Sifo-Dyas’s death again. To keep them from uncovering the Sith conspiracy, Darth Sidious orders his servant Darth Tyranus to erase all traces. Episode 6×11 Voices Yoda is deeply unsettled when he hears the voice of his deceased friend Qui-Gon Jinn in his head because he knows that not even a Jedi can speak to the living from beyond the grave. The Jedi Council is concerned about Yoda’s behaviour and wants to examine him further. But with the help of Anakin, Yoda can escape from the hospital and he sets out to find the origin of the voice by himself."
  10. Bonus Content airing in Germany next month (could be the first country to get it): Report: The Clone Wars Bonus Content to Air in Germany Starting February 15th | The Star Wars Underworld And also titles and description for some of the upcoming episodes (for the Clone arc, the Clovis arc and confirmation that a previously-hinted at 2-part arc will feature Mace Windu/Jar-Jar Binks). Lots of dramatic stuff definitely coming based on the titles and descriptions. The Clone arc definitely is looking to be very dramatic and so are the titles for the Yoda arc: Rumor: Titles and Description for Clone Wars 'Order 66' Arc Revealed (Updated!) | The Star Wars Underworld
  11. Darth Maul's story-line during The Clone Wars will be tied up with a comic series: http://clonewarspodc...w-comic-series/
  12. Executive Producers Greg Weisman and Simon Kinberg talk about Rebels: Also, a new concept art was revealed recently for the planet Lothal, which will be heavily featured in Rebels: http://starwars.tumblr.com/post/70514352541/the-shadow-of-the-empire-is-cast-on-a-major-city
  13. Some rumours of the upcoming episodes and from the sounds of this a trailer was shown somewhere: Sounds like the title for these may be "The Lost Missions". http://www.starwarsunderworld.com/2013/11/rumor-clone-wars-bonus-content-details.html
  14. Very excited for both the AV-7 Mobile Cannon and Utapau Troopers now! As others have said, the mini-figure selection sounds great and as Commander Wolffe is my favourite Clone it will be great to get a new version of him (probably Phase II) and a new Wolfpack Trooper. Can't wait to see what they do to make the Plo Koon new. Utapau Troopers is also great. Finally Airborne Troopers in Lego form. Great news!
  15. Behind-the-scenes video of the work on Star Wars: Rebels! I'm getting more and more excited for this show now.
  16. The one-hour premiere episode is on Disney Channel, after that it's all Disney XD, so Disney Channel will have a bit of the show.
  17. Star Wars: Rebels teaser coming on Disney XD this Monday: https://www.facebook...&type=3 "Star Wars Rebels have been sighted near the premier of Mighty Med! Tune in Monday at 8:30 ET/PT on Disney XD for a special fly-by." I've heard it will be a 15-second teaser but with no footage. It will definitely have new material and not just the logo though, so chances are there will be some new concept art. EDIT: Lucasfilm have also confirmed they'll be tweeting what's shown in the teaser, so don't feel bad if you don't have Disney XD.
  18. Rumoured voice-cast for Star Wars: Rebels: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/star-wars-rebels-david-oyelowo-634717 Also some of Disney's plans for promoting the show: http://www.theforce.net/story/front/Disney_Book_Catalog_Reveals_Plans_For_Promoting_Star_Wars_Rebels_154300.asp
  19. More Star Wars: Rebels news to come at New York Comic-Con next month! http://starwars.com/news/star-wars-rebels-and-more-at-nycc.html Star Wars Rebels: The Might of the Empire Saturday, October 12, 2013 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m., Room 1E What happens when the Galactic Empire takes over a planet? What if Imperials took interest in your world, and garrisoned Stormtroopers and TIE fighters to maintain order? Star Wars Rebels, the thrilling, all-new animated television series from Lucasfilm for Disney XD will ask those questions -- and so will this panel hosted by Lucasfilm's resident Star Warsexpert, Pablo Hidalgo. Details on the show are closely guarded, but fans at NYCC will get a first look at new art from the series, and learn new information about the formidable forces of the Galactic Empire. Star Wars Rebels is set between Episodes III and IV, and it is a dark time in the galaxy. In the spirit of the original trilogy, the Empire is once again the preeminent villain of the saga, and Star Wars Rebels puts the awesome might of Imperial forces in the spotlight. The series is still a year away, so don't miss this chance to get an early look at its development.
  20. Just to point out, at least four of the sets didn't have preliminary images shown: Utapau Troopers battle pack, Droid TRI-Fighter, AV-7 Anti-Vehicle Cannon and Coruscant Police Gunship (this one is rumoured to be an exclusive though so it makes sense why there is no prelim of it), but hopefully for the former three there are more prelims on the way.
  21. Fixed the link. Should work now. My guess is the website was updating when you tried clicking into it which may have been why you got the error.
  22. First preliminary images are here! Very early prelims, but it does give you a fair idea of what to expect. Not sure what to make of these "Recruitment" sets based on what we see here... http://www.mintinbox.net/Actus/13-08/1508lego_microfighter
  23. The Clone Wars writer Matt Michnovetz (writer of the Citadel and Umbara arcs) said on Twitter at one point that he believes the Yoda and Plo Koon stories are in the same arc.
  24. Good video of Dave Filoni discussing Rebels at Celebration Europe:
