Anyone notice this Doom has two belts?

Just found a few locations in Vancouver where Decool and SY minifugures were being sold through toy vending machines for $2 each.

They just told me they're sending out a new package, however my tracking number will still be the same. Very suspicious about how the tracking number could be the same if it is an entirely different package being sent. I inquired about it and the seller seems to have too little grasp of English to understand my question. It's frustrating.

EDIT: I just received this from SuperBlocks seller: I am having the same issue. I messaged the seller about it and they said they would be looking into it. Not sure how proactive they will be though.
