  5. Not in January that much is certain. We are expected to get comic sets later next year.
  6. Based on the information we currently have there will be no new sets in January just the CMF. We do have a list with set numbers for the Super Heroes theme but I believe it is uncertain how many of those will be for DC and how many for Marvel.
  7. Nothing except the set numbers.
  8. Also regarding the Goblins and how to make them chances are pretty good that Lego will indeed go the Dobby route. There is a Lego book that came out recently and in it the Goblins are represented like that. I know this is not solid evidence but I still believe this to be some insight.
  9. Based on the previous releases chances are pretty high that we will get a set or two based on the Order of the Phoenix so that we be the perfect time to get a set with a centaur. Maybe something similar to the Patronum set with 2 centaurs, Harry and Umbridge or maybe something bigger including a brick built Grawp.
  10. Could also work nicely in the CMF series as I think a set based on the 2nd movie is unlikely to happen relatively soon.
  11. So I picked up this book called Lego Harry Potter Build Your Own Adventure and inside there are a lot of amazing creations based on the Philosopher's Stone like for example how to build a Privet Drive, the snake scene with Dudley and also a brick build Fluffy. All those creations look pretty good to me and fit in perfectly with the new sets. Also there are a lot of neat techniques etc. illustrated inside. Definitely worth a pickup in my opinion. Found an online image of Fluffy credit to BricksFanz
  12. This theme is probably the best theme for me personally in a long time, the sets are great with terrific value for money. I'm also pretty happy with the way the distribution is going, of course getting sets twice a year instead of once would be nicer but I feel like this way people have more time to get all the sets and won't have to sacrifice on any for budget reasons. Will be interesting to see what we'll get next year. I'm also hoping that in the CMF we'll see some Fantastic Beast figures based on the Crimes of Grindelwald movie, it might not have been everyone's cup of tea but the characters all look very impressive aesthetic wise. Lastly is there a wish list thread for this theme because I cannot seem to locate it and I always love reading what people come up with for future sets.
  13. Poor owl, must say he has quite a calm expression for an owl whose tree is on fire though.
  14. Very excited to get another CMF, so many great characters to choose from. I am also hoping for one crimes of Grindelwald figure and that is Grindelwald himself. The Grindelwald from the set was completely inaccurate and since he is quite stylish a figure of him is a must have for me.
  15. Just read that apparently all figures will include a jumber plate and transclear pieces to pose them in superhero... poses. So maybe she might still get that lasso and these transclear pieces that I thought were joysticks are just transclear pieces.
  16. Oh I had a source tell me it was coming in December. Maybe that will be the regular date and it will release earlier in november for VIPS? Batman has 2 blue batarangs and Wonder Woman has 2 transclear joysticks resembling her steering the invisible jet.
  17. No it is definitely part of the UCS set coming in December and not of the CMF.
  18. Aquaman!!! I take back everything bad I said about this CMF, I love it ?
  19. Hey, maybe you just found the thing that connects all these figures.... Batman, Wonder Woman, Sinestro, Cyborg, Metamorpho, Simon Baz and Stargil are indeed all based on the first incarnation of those characters. Huntress is however based on her New 52 look so it isn't exactly her first appearance unless ofcourse you consider the New 52 Reboot as a complete restart of the DC universe making it a first appearance from a certain point of view. You know what, I now want a first appearance Ocean Master... that would be nice.
  20. Personally I am really disappointed with what we have seen so far. The only figure that I really like is the first appearance Batman but the rest all look mediocre to me. Huntress had the potential to be great but not giving her a molded mask and giving her a stupid purple belt really hurt the figure in my opinion. I also find the quality of the prints pretty poor, Lego has always had problems with printing flesh tones but in my opinion it is very evident on Stargirl and Wonder Woman and the white on the torso of Metamorpho is also way too thin. I'm hoping that the final figures have better quality prints but I'm not too optimistic. Maybe I simply expected too much from this series based on the amazing video game designs and the fact that there are so many unique options that they could have made.
  21. I'd kill for a Deathstroke based on his DCSV game.
  22. Maybe we will get a Batcave type display to go with it? Or maybe a part of Gotham City? One thing that has me puzzled about the new Burton Batman figure is the fact that the cape appears to be "posed" in a certain way. The left side is clearly lower then the right side. Maybe Batman will be standing on a display of sorts.
  23. Agreed I'm hoping to see some more villains but am not too hopeful.... (there goes my malcolm merlyn :() I do find this series pretty strange though, like how did they pick the characters? They are so completely random.
  24. Nope you are definitely not alone. I also hate the belt piece and the inconsistent use of it. Though I believe with Huntress it isn't the biggest issue as I feel she would still look good without it.
  25. Oh, the Huntress is actually the New 52 version which is pretty strange. I feel like that one certainly would be deserving of the molded mask.
