  1. Thanks for trying to help. I actually use a webcam for these, and that flicker is from taking a picture before the camera finished autofocusing. The autofocus is also the reason the camera moved. Thanks, though. I'll try to prevent this from happening in the future.
  2. I would love to instruct as well (for brick filming). Please check out some of my previous animations and get back to me.
  3. Thanks, Front, I'm glad that you enjoyed. Make sure you check out "A Soldier's Battle" if you haven't already.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEGxhprASx4 As always, remember to watch in HD, and comment bellow telling me what you think. Regards.
  5. Well, here's my latest animation. This one's about some soldiers that are stuck in a trench right outside an enemy military base. If they're found out, they could be blown up, as the enemies are stocking up on dynamite. The soldiers must find a way to escape and also defeat the enemy. This is my longest animation in a while (2 minutes), and also my first full, 1080p HD one. I'm very proud of it, because of these things, the editing, and the story line (a simple, albeit good one). Remember to watch in 1080p, and enjoy! Make sure you tell me what you think in the comments bellow. Both comments and criticism are welcome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVjcKm8UsKM Thanks for watching!
  6. Thanks man, much appreciated. I just finished a new one which I'll post here, shortly.
  7. Hello everyone, this is Primusman. It's more than likely that you don't remember me, but I used to make posts relatively actively, albeit for a short period of time. I haven't visited the site for the past 6 or so months because I stopped collecting LEGO , and hadn't done any stop motion in a while. Anyways, I haven't started collecting LEGO again (and probably never will), but I have found joy in doing stop motion once more. Because of this, I've decided to return to Eurobricks to not only share my own animations, but also see others and discuss them. I hope you can all welcome me back to the community. Anyways, bellow are some of my past animations (one of which has actually been posted here before. So take a look, tell me what you think, and (hopefully) enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oni8S-duuUU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKHt2wrONeY Anyways, thanks for being considerate enough to watch. Regards! And here's another: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ki-p99KxlBQ
  8. Nice, you really improved the set. I always thought it needed some greeble!
  9. Back to discussion, here's what I think: Forbidden Forest: Great little set, and a nice, cheap way to get another Hagrid. I love the other minifigures as well, especially Mrs. Malfoy! Night Bus: Nice stock of purple, but not as good as the original. The minifigs are good, and I'm sure the interior will be great as well. Battle of Hogwarts: Must buy! Will go great with Hogwarts, and the minifigs are perfect! I plan on getting all of the HP sets. Just need these and Diagon Alley to complete them.
  10. Love it, Geert! It captures the scene in the movie perfectly (when I read the book, I imagined Malfoy Manor in a different colour)! I also noticed that you are getting really good at single shot photography. I especially liked the close up of Dobby disassembling the lamp, and the disguised Harry close up. Keep it up!
  11. Wow, sounds great! I'd love to see pictures of the towers once your camera is up and running again. Right now, I don't have any ideas for the head.
  12. No offense to you, but this is really old news, but forgivable since you're new. Now pictures of these sets would be great!

And the point of bringing up this old topic was?
  14. I've been on many forums, and heard of people dying, and this is probably the saddest story of all. He was so young, and that's what makes a situation this tragic. I wish him an eternity of joy in heaven.
  15. I agree, what do you mean by overdoing it? Would you call layering pictures, and then erasing a stand to make it look as if a Jedi is flying overdoing it?
  16. Sorry about that, Cutlass. The thing is, I have a very busy life (luckily I have some time right now). However, I do like to check out the threads, even if time is short! By commenting, I just wanted to let posters here know that I appreciate their contributions and enjoy looking at their pics. Again, I'm sorry if I wasn't really clear. Now here's what I think: I enjoy all of your pics very much! They seem to be very well lit, and are very pleasing to the eye. I especially enjoyed the second one, with Harry and Hermione riding Buckbeak. I actually disagree with Oky about the third picture! I think it was well shot, and the only real problem I can point out is it is just ever so slightly under-lit. The background could have been different, but that's not a big deal. Again, thanks for sharing!
  17. Nice job, if that were a production set, I'd buy it!
  18. Thanks for the contributions, they're not half bad!
  19. This is what I built, but yours dwarfs mine (Mine's a little more movie inspired)! The details are superb! The only criticism I have is it's not what I really imagined this shop to look like, but to each their own. I'm not even sure if it would be worth posting mine without a major mod! What do you think?
  20. After witnessing the success of the thread over in the Star Wars forum, I thought I'd start one here. So if you've got any, post Licensed themed pictures here. These include: Harry Potter Indiana Jones Prince of Persia Batman and more!
  21. You could just look at a video of them if they post it.
  22. How old is your son? If he's 10 or older, I suggest he get the death star playset. I know it's a bit much, but it has every core OT character and even some others. It's a great value for what you get, and if your kid sees that on christmas day, I can guarantee you that he'll be jumping with joy. Plus, once it's built, he'll have a fun time playing around with all of the figures! Hope this helps!
  23. I'm very sorry, and meant no harm. I put the spoiler alert in hopes that if he didn't want to know, he wouldn't read it. When I know there's a spoiler, I often like seeing it ahead of time, as it gives me some more info as a fan. Also, thanks for being so kind about the spoiler, shadowreaperx. EDIT: This truly is a great moc, by the way. I always love outdoors scenes!

Decent, and pretty funny, but both the animation and voices could use some work (still better than other brickfilms I've seen on youtube) BTW, your voice seems a bit young to be on this forum. I understand that there are many underaged people on this forum, but you still seem a little too young to be on here, at least a teen. But in the end, who really cares (aside from the mods, of course :) )? As long as you act maturely.
  25. Good moc, but Harry and Voldy don't actually battle in the forest.
