  1. Thanks Chief, that's good to know. Any idea on the release date?
  2. Hi guys, sorry if this is a daft question but does anyone know if there are plans to bring out Force Awakens battle packs? It looks like the only way to get First Order Stormtroopers at the moment is through the transporter, which is just a little bit out of my budget for army building :P
  3. After a bit of a hiatus in terms of buying new toys I went into my local Argos today and picked up the last Millenium Falcon and Kylo Ren's Shuttle. The Falcon I went in specifically for, the Shuttle was an impulse buy...
  4. I managed to pick up Carnage Sky Attack and the Batboat Pursuit from Forbidden Planet in the Newcastle yesterday, though that was the last Carnage set there
  5. It is indeed, along with Star Lord's hair.
  6. Hi there! So I thought I'd share my steadily-growing collection of Marvel Superheroes. First off we have a group shot of characters featuring in the MCU. Unfortunately I'm missing Nick Fury & Maria Hill. Iron Man and all his amazing suits! A close-up of Falcon, created using Rhodey's head, Thor's body, Space Batman's wings and... I forget the legs.. (could anyone jog my memory?) The Hulk and Bruce Banner, made using hair and headpiece from Anakin Skywalker and the body from a Lone Ranger set. The Guardians of the Galaxy And last but not least, the X-Men, with a hairpiece added onto Cyclops Thank you for looking!
  7. Adding to my previous post, I ended up going to Toys R Us and getting 75055 Imperial Star Destroyer too. Quite a successful haul all round methinks :D
  8. I'd planned to get the new UCS TIE Fighter to go with my Slave One, ended up getting not only that but the Red Five X-wing too!
  9. Thank you very much everyone, I appreciate the welcome. :)
  10. Hello everyone! Well, after many months of following this forum (reading plenty of reviews and buying a few more sets than anticipated as a result!) I've finally taken the plunge and set up an account. I've been a big lego fan ever since I was young, the "big three" for me being Star Wars, Castle and Pirates back in the late 90's/early 2000's. I fondly remember playing with sets such as the Star Wars Landspeeder and Sith Infiltrator, King Leo's Castle and the Armada Flagship. A couple of years ago I got back into Star Wars and picked up the Venator and shortly afterwards Palpatine's Arrest. From there on out the ball hasn't stopped rolling, with my collection now spanning Star Wars, Marvel and DC Superheroes, The Hobbit and The Lego Movie. I went to Brick last year with my significant other and a couple of friends and had an absolute blast, I can't wait to go again this year! So without further ado here's a couple of pictures of some favourites from my steadily-growing collection.
