  1. Also in DBG. And I also spot a 5x11 tapered panel previously exclusive to the Osprey.
  2. I think it's quite clear that with the (imo) subpar service of Pick a Brick they are not that interested in selling a handful of parts to us (enthusiasts), but rather selling sets to the average person who sees such a car at an event (in this case, Le Mans) and wants one themselves. It's just a big marketing ploy, same with any of the other large cars they have made.
  3. I checked the "replacement parts" service on the LEGO website and it does show "Titan. Metal." axle pins in the parts list. I briefly thought it might have been an error but it seems completely legit.
  4. Rebrickable always has color errors for brand new parts. Give it a few days. The blue ones are with friction by the way, these are without friction. Anyway, here they are: Kind of weird they recolored it when they're not visible in this set, and also not used elsewhere.
  5. No idea why it took so long, but 16 long soft axles are finally available in white. In a Lego Friends set, of all themes. https://rebrickable.com/parts/32202/axle-hose-soft-16l/15/
  6. Pics of the Lamborghini and Audi have leaked. Audi is black and Lamborghini is (again) lime. And both not particularly good looking if you ask me...
  7. Correct. It shows 2 black 7L flip flop beams in the parts list.
  8. 8880 came in two versions I believe. As mentioned above with the two different steering arms. One also had black 16t clutch gears.
  9. It’s almost certainly not. You can see the “bracing” in the middle lines up with the teeth, just like the LBG ones.
  10. New headlights look pretty good. Is there a way to get the characteristic white outline? Maybe with some system bars or tusk/tooth pieces?
  11. They were included in some educational sets, and those are on the shelves for a lot longer than normal sets. I remember buying one airtank from B&P for €3 in late 2019. I’m guessing they disappeared when most of the schools were closed in 2020 which is also when B&P was closed for a while.
  12. Price per part is not always a good measure. This set has more pneumatics and a massive tyres that cost more to produce. It also has a license. The same way that it really shouldn’t be argued the Eiffel Tower is a very good value (€630 for 10001 pieces), when thousands of the parts are just 1x1 plates or variants of it.
  13. There is also a picture of the brand new never seen before Bugatti Bolide. https://www.lego.com/nl-nl/service/buildinginstructions/42162 Looks like dark azure. I hope so anyway.
  14. So there is a low resolution picture that has leaked. It’s yellow and DBG and it looks absolutely massive. Part count can be confirmed as 2883.
  15. No idea what you’d use it for, but the blue thing is new.
  16. Since June 2019 according to his LinkedIn, and apparently a few months in 2015. From what I’ve read he designed some of the Monster Jam trucks.
  17. At 7:31? It says “Kasper Rene Hansen”.
  18. Agree. Normally they will print a part if the set contains more than one needed.
  19. On the one hand, it looks a LOT more finished than the Ferrari 488 and Porsche RSR, but on the other hand I do kind of wish there was a gearbox. At lesast the blue BMW shock won’t be going out of production soon.
  20. Looks great! The best alternative model for this set so far in my opinion.
  21. Looks pretty good. I'm happy it's dark bluish grey but it's also a bit underwhelming that there are still missing a few crucial parts not included in this set, for instance panel #1, #2, #13 and #14. I also hope the chassis is not as empty as the Porsche RSR and Ferrari 488.
  22. Many thanks to both @astyanax and @langko for the amazing design and allowing me to test the instructions. The car is stunning (even better in person!) and definitely one of the strongest builds I’ve had me hands on. So here is mine: I initially built it in red, but after seeing I have way too many red cars I looked for an alternative. Blue or dark blue would have looked amazing, but unfortunately I have yet to find matching paint and the wheelarches in the Ford GT are a different size. So I ended up with white, which in my opinion looks even better with the gold accents. For those interested I have a couple more photos here: https://bricksafe.com/pages/LvdH/huayrapics If you really want to see the attention to detail in this build, buy the instructions and build it for yourself. This build really has it all, but they cannot be fully appreciated unless you build it.
  23. I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, but the axle is supposed to rotate, because that is connected to the steering wheel and a turntable, which then turns the wheels. If you lock the orange axle then it will extend if you steer in one direction and retract if you steer in the other direction. The MLA will stay the same length without the connector because there is no resistance to hold the axle. Unless the CaDA MLA works differently (i.e. due to part quality or just a different design), there should not be a connector in my eyes. You can try it for yourself. This concept has actually already been posted a couple years ago. Probably the gearbox 90° limiter.
  24. Checking both my model and the one in Tlego's photos, the #1 connector is not present in either. Look here in Tlego's original build: https://www.bricksafe.com/files/T_Antonie/ferrari-laferrari-18/20220711_140458.jpg (look between the two shock absorbers for the orange axle)
  25. Is that yellow #1 connector supposed to be connected to the orange axle of the mini LA? Wouldn’t that extend/retract the MLA while steering? I don’t recall needing that on mine and I also don’t see it in my built model. Either I forgot it while building or that’s another change by CaDA.
