Location: G03 New California Tags: Spaceship Log_M_12: The M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation has created some of their first AI spaceships. Collectively, these are officially called the Artificial Intelligence Defense Unit (A.I.D.U.). The goal of these spaceships is to provide defense and surveillance to occupied planets. Hopefully, if all goes well with these prototypes, more agents can be sent to unoccupied planets, rather than having to stay put and have surveillance duty. Location: G03 New California Tags: Spaceship Log_M_11: My days in the front lines under heavy fire are over. The M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation has noticed that I am quite a good pilot, and so they have instead deployed me behind enemy lines. For this mission, they have equipped me with my own M.A.N.T.I.S. SF-1 Myotis fighter. This thing is very fast, has awesome laser cannons, is equipped with the best M.A.N.T.I.S. technology, and.... wait... is that a second cockpit!?.. Log_M_11_1: Apparently, the M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation is a little worried I would run off again if I had my own ship. Technically, I would say I never ran off in the first place. They classify "no communication for 6 months" as being AWOL. According to their rules, they could fire me, or something, but I guess they need my special skills. Anyway, they have decided that this dual cockpit fighter would be more suitable for me, and they gave me a new "partner" to work with. His name is Lynius, and I just shortened it to Lyn. Well, our mission is pretty simple, scout the area above New California and see if there are any good places for M.A.N.T.I.S. forces to land. Location: Planet Kaalin, Sector H03 Tags: Land Vehicle Job: Special Forces Log_M_10: Ever since I obtained my latest ride, I have been what professionals call Absent Without Leave. I'm still surprised they haven't fired me by now, but hey, whatever. Whilst zooming around Domwarr, I received another mission: should I choose to accept it. The mission was simple, test a new land speeder. Since I was soooo satisfied with my previous speeder I tested, I was eager to try a bigger, better, and faster speeder! Who wouldn't! What's more, they said they had a new uniform waiting for me. Oh yeah! Unfortunately, when I arrived, I realized what a mistake I had made........ End_Log Log_M_10_1: Okay, maybe that wasn't so bad after all. However, I'll still say I was surprised it made it off the ground..... and that uniform though....... -|- Ace
