  1. Seems like it! The rubber band is tied arround the ballpin.
  2. 2026 is the expected completion date for the central tower. The third facade is expected to be completed in 2034. Not that it's impossible for an unfinished building to come out since plans for the final facade are publically available.
  3. Apart from the other examples, there's also the unnamed buddhist pagoda in Tokio and the Chenghuang Miao and Longhua temples in Shanghai. Small builds, but still religious buildings. Not sure if this would matter, but technically Notre Dame de Paris is owned by the French government and not the Catholic church. Maybe TLC sees that as grounds for an exception? They might also be involved in some kind of reconstruction fundraiser. EDIT: All reconstruction costs have been raised, so probably not that.
  4. Found out there's a Volvo FMX Electric too, just started production in September 2023. Would make sense to model that variant to keep the electric theme of the excavator. Also, I wondered if the truck is a dumper or a transporter for the excavator. The transporter was my first thought, but would need more pieces for a trailer.
  5. No need to tie it with the existing Saturn V set. They'd probably include a Crawler-Transporter with a microscale Saturn V, Shuttle or SLS to add context to the build.
  6. I suppose NEOM offered a better deal than Monster Jam. That, or TLC felt that sales/interest of/on the line were dropping after three years (I have no evidence either way). Don't think Spin Master factored in this decision.
  7. All cars in the series so far have been either top-of-the-line or limited production models, the McLaren GTS / 765 and Huracán Sterrato don't fit that IMHO. Stuff like the Aston Martin Valhalla/Valkyrie, Koenigsegg Gemera/CC850 and McLaren Elva seem more likely to me. The Koenigsegg Jesko and Mercedes-AMG ONE are another option if they don't mind redoing models made by other construction toy manufacturers. I also don't think they'll repeat car brands this early on.
  8. Airbus holds the trademark for the Concorde.
  9. Pictures are out! From Reddit: Has a working landing gear and droop nose, plus some interior detail. Interesting to see them using the factory livery instead of Air France/British Airways.
  10. There's rumors of an space-themed CMF series and a new City space wave. Seems like space is the theme of the year.
  11. It's not like the real one has an uniform colour either.
  12. Interesting to see TLC possibly making an orrey. They're relatively popular with MOCers though earth-moon ones are rare. I found an Ideas user with two MOCs on the same concept, which might give us an idea on how they might function. Lego's version probably won't be as detailed since it's in the Technic theme, though: With that PPP they might use prefabricated sphere elements.
  13. AFAIK D2C sets usually aren't shown on these catalogs.
