  1. Wait...has it been confirmed that the CMF line wil have Batman variants only instead of other characters?
  2. Oow nice, where do the parts come from? Jacket, goggles?
  3. Batman killed this thread.
  4. I saw them in the dutch shops today. 80 euro's for the Croc set and 70 for the Harvester. I was expecting 50/60 euro's.
  5. I would have rather seen a bigger building than another bat vehicle.
  6. My Knightmare Bats. I drilled two dents in the cowl, and the coat is from a China Gambit figure.
  7. Maybe you can snot a little 2x2 corner in it?

I think they should adress this. As was mentioned before older figs very very rarely had this problem. The newer figures much more. A Lego minifigure is the new He-Man/Mask toy of this generation with their action based themes and marketing strategy. Just Imagine your He-Man figure cracking right through the middle after 2/3 months of normal play. I sometimes have to buy the more expensive sets so my son can have his Green Ninja or that one Boss Baddy or Donatello. He doesn't want 10.000 vehicles he want's a complete Ninjago team. If Skeletor lost and arm, my parents could just go out and buy a new figure. Now you would have to buy an entire 50/60 Euro set. They should atleast make sure that those figures should be able to withstand average play. Afterall it's still a toy.

This is not a seamline. It has seen regular play a few times by my son after I put it away. Look Lego's quality is still miles above most toys and they have great customer service to top that. But they need to figure out a solution for this problem especially now since a lot of figures are seen as (and sold!) collectibles. Imagine your SDCC Green Lantern cracking like that.

I've checked my DC baddies, only one Joker torso has cracked completely while on display (green shirt purple neck tie). Do you guys instert the legs all te way? I loosened them up now, just to be sure.

Maybe they use a dimensions portal to travel through the real world.

What themes are we talking about? I find it highly unlikely that not one figure has a crack. Like I mentioned in my own thread about this. My son has figures less than two months old with cracks. And he plays with them but does not pull out their arms or throws with them. My guess is Lego sometimes uses lesser quality plastics or isn't able to recycle them correctly. I 've noticed that figures from a magazine/book are of lesser quality. We have seen with the first CMF's that those figures are very different from their 'normal' figures. Just compare the yellow hands, they are very different in color. At least Lego should reckonise this and beef up the torso's with 0.2 or 0.3 mm of plastic.

I think it' s stress. The legpegs are just a half mm to wide. If you pull the legs out, the crack closes. I' ve noticed now that some collectors don't push the legs completely in the torsos to avoid this.
  14. No that's not Ra's Al Ghul. Ra's doesn not have white/grey facial hair.
  15. Do variants count? -Henry Cavil's Superman had a few different variants now. -So did Bale's en Affleck's Batman

Thank you, that might be helpfull. Lego send out the replacements today o my suprise! I didn't expect them to do so because my order was automatically denied. So that's great customer service!

Some of the figures he got 15th februari, it's april now. They lasted little then 2 months. And the Nexo Knights he barely touched since he prefers Ninjago.

But everyone surely agrees with me that they are toys ment to be played with ( not abused, normale play). And that they should not break under these circumstances, certainly not after just a few months.

    http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=129872 It's a real problem.

That's just not true VintageLegoEra, as I wrote done there were a few figs never played with and some only two months old. This is a kids toy and shouldn't break that soon. I also have older figures that have no cracks, it's mainly a problem with newer figures from the last couple of years.

I collect mainly DC minfigs and some CMF's, I'm afraid to check them. Like I said the lightblue Batman has a crack aswell.
  22. That depends, what kind of water do you want to create? A nice blue sea, I would use Blue, and near the shore line medium azure with a thin line off white. Muddy canal, tan, brown or bley. Swamp, dark green etc.

He just plays with the figures. Very rarely he pulls them apart. The Nexo Knights he got in februari. Many older figures do not have this problem. I also put some figures away and some are cracked aswell. The lightblue Batman from the Juniors set for example. He has many Town sets from before his Ninjago time and those Are almost All okay. He plays just as much with those than these newer figs. Heck..my ancient old figures do not have this problem at all and they are played with much, much more. And they are still toys, ment to be played with.

Man where to begin... My son is really into Nexo Knights and Ninjago. We bought him way to much sets etc. Just recently I noticed lots of cracks in a lot of minifigures. Some figures are quite expensive (Green Ninja and one of the villains in the Golden Ninja sets etc) Most have torso cracked on one or both sides, some have an arm cracked so the hands are falling out. On one figure a leg came off, one of the pins was broken. I have about 15 figures here that are broken out of 40. Has anyone experienced this en will lego replace them for me? Here's a picture from a few of them.
