  1. Well, I for one, actually really like the Lobo drawing! But if you feel the need to add any improvements, it's all up to you. Oh, and all of your other drawings are great. Thanks!
  2. Great work! I wish I could draw tha quickly and efficiently. For now I only have one request... LOBO!!! Edit: More specifically the DC Animated Universe version.
  3. Great review! I remember getting this set around my 9th birthday in 2004 and as being a big fan of the 2002 Sam Raimi film I couldn't be more that happy. Even though I was mostly anticipated for the upcomming Spider-Man 2 sets, this set supplied me with the golden-eyed Gobby, which was far superior than what had come the previous year, and a lot of rare parts. Also, I'm glad that I'm not the only one who hated The Amazing Spider-Man. Granted, it had a well-chosen cast (although Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man was probably one of the things I didn't like ) and a lot of good action scenes, but the story was complete crap. It was waaaaay too dependent on plot convenience and a lot of sub-plots that could have made the movie interesting were completely brushed aside and will either be covered in sequels or just be dropped off entirely.
  4. I think my eyes were blinded by the beautiful shine coming from that absolutely dazziling MOC. Seriously, that thing is a work of art. I would pay good money just to see it in person.
  5. As Far as I know it's just in black.
  6. To answer both questions, no. The manual has the old mask listed and the actual mask is a tad bit off, sort of making his eyes squinting. I'd take a picture, but I don't think my camera will be able to zoom in that close.
  7. Oh well, guess I was a little late in the game, I suppose. Still, It's a pretty awesome mask, though.
  8. Today on Easter Sunday I recived 6863 "Batwing Battle Over Gotham City" as a gift. When I was starting to assemble the set I noticed something about Batman's mask. It had a different shape than the other one. Here are som pictures to clarify. Sorry they're not high res, but you should make them out just fine. The mask reminds me of the one they used in the Christopher Nolan Batman movies. I'm now speculating that there might be a "Dark Knight Rises" tie-in set. What do you think?

  11. Beautiful! These photos are absolutely seemless! On another note, why does Doctor Octopus look like Tommy Wiseau? And for those who don't know who that is, just look up The Room.
  12. I'm sorry to say that I must drop out of this build. I've been ignoring quite a few things that needs to be done and unfoutunately this one is on the bottom of my list. Real life has to come first. On a side note, I probably have one of the worst organized LEGO collections any full grown person can have. Even if I was able to get that done, I'd probably have little to no room to store it all. Maybe I'll join some other event, but for now, this is an entry you won't see.
  13. Ive Just been busy for the past few weeks so I wasn't able to get any progress done. But I'm free for now so I'll probably continue this weekend.
  14. Just to clarify, "medium" would be 32x32, right?
  15. Seeing as no one else has taken the Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff Hideout I think I'll have a go at it. And since not that many people aren't in this particular house, I'll be in Hufflepuff.
