  1. However, the polybag was branded under “The Avengers Initiative” rather than Captain America: The Winter Soldier. So comic-based sets shouldn’t be ruled out to tie into any Disney+ properties, as they may not get their own direct sets. Assuming they were to get sets at all.
  2. Picked up the War Machine Buster, can’t wait to build it soon. Will get the Quinjet next Friday!
  3. I bought 76123 today for Cap, since it’s still 20% off on Amazon. After building it, it is not satisfying. It doesn’t feel like a $20 build, and it does not look appealing from all angles. From the side it’s not bad, but from the front...it’s abominable. This was not the right build to incorporate disc shooters into, and it’s not hard to see. Comparatively, against Hawkeye’s bike (from Tanker Truck Takedown) for instance, it looks so out of place. Wayyy too big, and I didn’t even add the splat/blast pieces on.
  4. My local Walmarts had them misfiled all through last week. I was told a store had as many as 24, when in actuality they had none. I saw a stock adjustment of 30 this afternoon on Brickseek and sure enough, the shelf was full of them! Just keep an eye out, happy hunting!
  5. I found Iron Man and Dum-E at Walmart today. I’m happy to start small with this wave. The Dum-E build is cool, and it’s a nice parts pack for the transparent pieces and blue flames. I like the team suit printing on Iron Man, and cant wait to get the Quinjet later this month!
  6. @Guyon2002 I really like how you’ve managed to close up the gaps between pieces in the original set’s build. The cockpit looks fantastic, although I don’t know how well the double-seat construction would actually seat a minifgure in the center of it. The shape of the Benatar flows much better overall with the fewer breaks, and really pulls of that bird-like look we keep seeing in posters and trailers.
  7. I second this, the Benatar is one of my favorite builds in recent years.
  8. Can we agree that it’s now April 2 in many places, and this can stop?
  9. This is LEGO’s new marketing slogan for the US. We’ll still get them, but LEGO customer service representatives will be the last to know.
  10. Avengers: Endgame sets are available on Shop@Home!!! No pictures, lol. But with Double VIP points!!!
  11. I think the Riddler Helicopter and Batcave sets look very good, and have a great selection of minifigures. I like the layout and look of the Batcave, especially the inclusion of some trophy objects (the Dino, The penny). Two-Face is a nice diversion from past LEGO variants. However, these seems very tried and true. The Batcave, batmobile, Batwing, even the Tunbler with a fin. We got most of these just 2 years ago with The lego Batman movie, and most of the characters are nothing new. While the sets generally look good, very little is jumping out at me.
  12. They wouldn’t be up on Shop at Home, they have yet to be revealed by LEGO. Endgame merchandise will be under wraps until the day before or even the day of release, similar to Star Wars’ Force Friday releases.
  13. It’s a promo for the release of the film, not the release of the sets. So we’ll see the promo the week of April 22-26
  14. Local retailers are getting shipments of the Funko POPs for Endgame, with a street date of March 31st. I’m pretty sure this is the blanket release date for Endgame products, and they’ll fall within the Double VIP promotion window.
  15. Nothing for the War Machine Buster yet. 76123: 204-00-0017 76125: 204-00-0006 76126: 204-00-8429 76131: 204-00-0019
  16. Unfortunately @MCU Spidey 2017, I wouldn’t bet on it. There aren’t any certainties with missing characters or variants. We never got the homemade suit from Homecoming, even after seeing the design in a LEGO video game. We’ve missed out on plenty of characters before. Who knows if they’ll do another Bricktober pack. And if they did, it will likely be focused on one movie like the infinity War one, and probably not Far From Home should one be released.
  17. I’m sorry, we got another Elsa and Anna, plus Mickey and Minnie from Steamboat Willie, but no Goofy? That aside, I love the inclusion of Chip and Dale, Scrooge and the ducklings, and a fantastic Frozone and Edna Mode. I suppose we should’ve seen Frozone, Jack, and Sally coming after the Brickheadz.
  18. I don’t mind that Mysterio comes in each set. He’s a character that would make sense to have multiples of in a scene. I love the build-up of Hydro-Man, as well as the Peter Parker in that set! The Stark-Jet looks unpolished, but not awful. I feel like the drones might be a creative choice to avoid spoilers. And I want to point out that there is no way Nick Fury is walking on the outside of an in-flight airplane!
  19. @SpiderJazz the calendar has the Spider Crawler polybag, Iron Man and DUM-E, and the Avengers Tower promo? Wow. Yet they didn’t put a single Endgame set on the calendar? All of the minifigures are there at the top, but the sets on the back are all from the Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp. Spider-Man and Captain Marvel waves.
  20. There is a Marvel Cinematic Universe thread in the Culture and Multimedia forum. https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/76968-marvel-cinematic-universe/
  21. Pretty sure we’re looking at “Black Widow” and “The Eternals” in 2020. The latter could make for some interesting minifigures
  22. Just joking, mate. They give these tickets out on just about every polybag, not hard to come by a usable one.
  23. Yeah, it’s a great oppurtunity for fans. Theres a free child ticket to Legoland that expired in December 2014, think they’ll still accept it? :)
  24. My local GameStop was out of Silver Centurions, but luckily had Gun Mounting System! And they threw in 2 Star-Struck Emmets for free!
  25. Thanks! That sounds about right; I really wonder what the blue-helmet production rumor was in reference to.
