I’m preparing the final touches on a series of custom mini figures and I need to make capes, LEGO brand just isn’t working for me. My questions; what is an appropriate fabric to use?

Picked up the AT-M6 today, there were four stocked above the $38 walker price tag at Walmart and the store honored it!

Took my daughter to school and stopped at a Walmart to check for TLJ- picked up a Praetorian Guard Buildable figure. Then the Quadjumper on clearance. Can't wait to build it!

The Republic Fighter Tank- A great selection of minifigures! Rathar Escape- Was a fun build and I love the assortment of minifigs Luke's Landspeeder- A must have classic. The build was fast and fun Microfighter Resistance X-Wing- Bought for Greg Grunberg and a nice assortment of parts!

Grievous' Combat Speeder first appeared in The Clone Wars episode 'A Necessary Bond' from season five, it's a part of a really solid arc and I'm thrilled to build it! Plus Grievous and Mace with new printing. Yoda's Hut is iconic, and Luke in Bespin fatigues and an OT printing for Yoda is exciting. I have nothing negative to say about the battle packs, love Jawas, Jedi, and clones! Four more The Last Jedi sets before the end of the year, too!

There's frankly too much unknown at this point. It is going to be a splendid set, deserving of the attention to detail Lego is giving. The trickle of weekly announcements has also been fun! I'm comfortable with whatever price, I'll pick this up as soon as it's available to VIP members! There's a lot left this year, too, with The Last Jedi, and I'll definitely be taking advantage of Force Friday Double VIP points! lol

Excited to share my first mod on a set; the U-Wing! It's small compared to other efforts, but I'm just getting started. I'll also have a video if I'm allowed to share that. Anyway, I've added a second pilot seat, removed unnecessary technic to allow more space in the transport, and extended the wings from 40 studs long to 44 studs long. Then additional greebling, replaced stud shooters, and changed the rear top behind the cockpit to remove the pop open feature and add detail. I would love to hear thoughts and feedback! Thanks! Since I wasn't changing the base hull of the ship, I took inspiration from the Republic Gunship to add a second pilot seat. Another view of the two pilots. The additional pilot now "floats" in the lower window. A very simple dark gray plank with a slope piece for flare allows a second pilot without altering the width of the set. Picked up the U-Wing, Yoda's Jedi Starfighter, AT-ST, and the Rebels Medical Frigate! Really excited to build the frigate and making some modifications to the U-Wing.

I purchased the Lego Ninjago Movie City Chase set for my daughter and fell in love with Lloyd's new hair piece; it's perfect for my Jedi Master Luke Skywalker figure. All I had to do was trade her Luke's original hairpiece. Still looking for a fabric color that matches the cloak from the end of TFA.

I've gotten back into Lego Star Wars in a big way; over the last week I've purchased the Bounty Hunter Battle Pack, Darth Vader's Transformation, Phantom, Imperial Hovertank, Y-Wing, and Resistance X-Wing. I'm next going to go for the U-Wing, Rathar Escape, and Krennic's Shuttle.

5X10X6 cone vs the printed 8X4X6 cone with the Falcon, is that what we're comparing? I can't believe I totally missed this! I know I've seen this set on shelves dozens of times in my shopping!

I haven't picked up the Ice Tank yet; do you mind sharing what you mean?

Lego's carefully constructed plot toward a slow burn reveal reminds me of watching The Force Awakens anxiously awaiting Luke Skywalker; we all knew it was coming, just not its degree. I didn't purchase the original UCS Falcon, and I will definitely be at the Lego Store the day of its release, but I am impressed Lego has kept images under lock and key. It's so unlike the leaks! lol

If the UCS Millennium Falcon does end up being true, I'll be purchasing it either way, but a TFA Luke would be a nice bonus!

Ah, that does suck. Been waiting since 2015, guess I'm still waiting! lol
