2258 Ninja Ambush
Great review def! Win! At first I thought that already the spinner sets were awesome, but after the initial enthusiasm had gone, I saw them as what they are: expensive yet cheap plastic. I now realize how very much better the regular sets are! The prices seem really good, too - and alas, this small set even complies with the 10 cents per part ratio! I'll either buy one, or two, of this set.
- Which set should I buy?

Oh thanks! This really explains it all.

Which set should I buy?
Hi there! My recommendation for you is: Republic Swamp Speeder The Wampa Cave's value is not too great, so if you're not a dedicated Star Wars guy and just looking for a nice set, I wouldn't buy it. Does your local Lego reseller already carry the new 2011 sets? If yes, 7929 Battle of Naboo and the new Battle Packs would be options worth considering. Other worthwhile investments: 8128 Cad Bane's Speeder And if your store still has 7748 Corporate Alliance Droid or 7749 Echo Base - those are also very nice and worth picking up, especially if you can get them on sale! Cheers!

Hello, the law! Have a good time here! What is Les Miserables? Could someone explain it to me? Something like the musketeers?

LEGO Star Wars 2011 Pictures & Rumors
Woooohooooo! I'm so excited!!! Millennium Falcon - must-buy, haven't got a "small" one yet and it looks great! Republic Fregate - kind of meh, will probably buy Eeth and Quinlan off BrickLink Anakin's and Sebulba's Podracers - depends on the price but I'm looking forward to it Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator - YAY! I've been waiting for a proper Sith Infiltrator for a long time, and now there is one! And it even packs Padmé, Panaka and Qui-Gon in addition to Maul! Geonosion Starfighter - We are really getting Ki Adi? I can't believe it... Lego has evolved so very much! Must-buy also. Dathomir Speeder - Looks like a very cool set, and we're getting Savage Oppress! My thoughts about it are pretty much the same as the Podracers set. Ewok Attack - Now this is awesome too! I'll get at least two for sure! It's a grand foliage parts pack AND a lovely addition to the bunker. 2011 sounds like the best year ever for LSW! Enpaz

Review: 2516 Ninja Training Outpost
Woohoo, now this set looks really promising! It reminds me of the old days with the classic ninja line... must-get for me! Thanks for the review, tin7! Very nice as always. I feel that you should get a title: "Mr McNinjaGO!" or something. Enpaz

Big Boss
The fig looks great, Omicron! I really like the head and the torso... the symbol on the beret is also nice! Good job, man.

Which is the team in sports that you support?
Ay man, calm down!

Merry Christmas EuroBricks!
Ok, but keep it up, it's great! I will finalize my sorting system these days and then go straight to MOCing hell!

Review: 2257 Spinjitzu Starter Set
Oh, and what I forgot: GREAT NEWS! By means of the nice big scans tin7 provided us with, it's for sure that we'll get a genuine Lego black army helmet! Sorry if that has been said before.

Which is the team in sports that you support?
While I'd not say I'm something like a real fan, I definitely root for FC Chelsea London! I really don't understand all the hate this club gets. How's the situation in whereever you guys come from? At any rate, in Austria Chelsea does tend to get flamed very often, most notably because of Mr Abramovich and his money.

Will prices of discontinued sets fall/rise?
Geki Brick, do you mean "recently discontinued" items you can hope for a discount for during a clearance sale or sets that could hardly be found in stores anymore? At any rate, it's generally clever not to buy a set too soon after its release or in a regular toystore (at MSRP) because you can usually find them much cheaper. Amazon, I love you! I do have to admit it's a great feeling to carry a set home rather than having it delivered to your house. :P

New year resolutions
Actually, I don't really do new year resolutions. Just looking forward to the Marzipan pigs! Enpaz

Merry Christmas EuroBricks!
Merry christmas everyone! I'll be enjoying a relaxed afternoon, buying some last-minute gifts, watching movies, and then in the evening: the party gets started! We're having a very nice dinner then - everyone except me eats goose (I don't like it) and I get Wiener Schnitzel or possibly you'll understand this term better: breadcrumbed Viennese escalope. After dinner, we're moving on to the christmas tree, presents and biscuits! YAY!

Weirdest Action Theme
Did you happen to notice the transparents domes? And the flying boat? Would you buy this set for like 80 euros in sober state?
-
Review: 2257 Spinjitzu Starter Set
Thanks for the great review! First, let me say the theme looks completely awesome. The price, however, is insane. It would be a bit justified by good plastic but 57 cheap chinese parts for CAD 25? No thanks. I just hope they will not be 25 euros where I live. I don't know yet whether I'll buy one of them, let's see how the sets are. Cheers!

Batman Films Discussion
Great great great! I hope there'll be Batman sets again! It's so sad that I've completely missed out on every single one of them... and nowadays the prices on the aftermarket are really not pleasant.

Open Sesame!
Great MOC, AC! It's funny 'cause in German, the phrase is "Sesam öffne dich!" which would actually translate into "Sesame, open yourself!" or "Open yourself, Sesame". Of course, there has also been a TV series called Sesame Street... Or what about this one? Muhahahaha! ... Ok I know, I'll stop. Again, great MOC ACPin!

Sleeping Beauty
Awww now that's really really beautiful! Great use of the plant parts, Skalldyr! Also, good positioning of the prince - it makes the scene look like in full motion. Good old nostalgia. Oh I'd been watching the trick film version of this fairy tale soo often as a child... some scenes of it I still remember cleary! Look, you're making me cry... what kind of person are you?? That's how good the MOC is. Great job! Enpaz

Awesome Set Ideas LEGO Should Steal from Playmobil
I agree such themes would be very tempting in Lego. Very tempting, indeed. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll get anything like this anytime soon, though... Those Romans would be awesome!!
