I wonder if that means we'll get Lando and Lobot? Or perhaps they are in a certain 169.99 euro set next year?

I honestly think that it was this MOC that inspired that set. I wish LEGO could have used the cockpit design from this MOC, the official version is much too large and out of proportion.

Yoda hype! But seriously, that and the rumoured Sandspeeder are top of my wishlist, after Kylo's TIE in the earlier wave. I would really love to see some more ESB themed sets (not Hoth) this year, shame that it's likely the only one though, what with Han Solo and TLJ right around the corner.

We now have the price of that set confirmed by SvL at $30, so the hut is going to be pretty tiny anyway - so a cave is unlikely. Pretty easy to MOC though. :P

75050 B-Wing from ebay. Perfect condition with all pieces included (as well as spares!) for just £24.50, a great use of my £10 PayPal voucher. I had a really fun time as it's a really interesting build, and I was surprised at just how sturdy it is for what I thought would be a fragile set.

The scout walker is... mental looking. At least people can't call DIsney unoriginal for.. that.

Ah, not to worry.. now that I re-read your post that makes sense! I would love for her to be in one of the cheaper sets, as I will probably be picking up quite a lot of the sets in this wave. I would imagine that the escape pod has more 'good' characters in it, seeing as the FO take up most of the rest of the wave - Be great to get Holdo in another set too.

Holdo is in the resistance bomber set.

It was clarified earlier in the thread that Holdo IS in that line-up, she's just in the top left out of sight. I believe that means that only BB8 is not present on the sheet, if we're going by characters that we know are indeed coming. Luke is looking less likely, but I still think he'll be in the first wave somehow.

If there are characters absent that we already have confirmed via the leaked pictures (Snoke etc), then it's too early to assume we aren't getting Luke.

I really doubt it. I honestly don't think the battlepack will have R2, even if it is a somewhat common figure. I think TLG will have R2 in Yoda's hut and a different droid in the battlepack. TLG are doing a good job of making all the figures from 2014's more expensive Tatooine sets available to everyone (Escape Pod, Landspeeder and now this battlepack) for a fraction of the cost of the Sandcrawler and Mos Eisley Cantina, so it's most likely one of the other droids. Like I said in my earlier post, my money is on R5-D4.

Well I don't know about you, but I'm super glad to have something other than troopers from various factions. We have had more than our fill of those characters and I for one am glad not to have more storm/clone troopers. Perhaps it's the pacifist inside me haha, but I kinda welcome a set with a different theme and it looks like we're getting it! I doubt the Astromech will be R2, it'll probably be an unnamed droid or R5-D4. Just speculation though, I don't have any insider info.

People have been asking for Banthas for a while, so it's certainly not impossible. I would prefer it to be brick built than a molded version though. Ki Adi Mundi? But what about the droid attack on the Wookiees?

I can't imagine that Kylo's TIE has 6 minifigures, that's completely out of character for TLG. One of the new troopers is holding a classic rifle piece.. perhaps it's just me being optimistic, but could that mean LEGO is finally moving away from the stud shooters? We can only hope.

Oh my goodness, an Iceberg Lounge set would melt my nerd heart. It could be based on the the Arkham games/Assault on Arkham representation with the central podium for Penguin and a pit for Solomon Grundy. I love that idea so much, shame it'll never happen. :/

Not keen on the aesthetic of the new walker, but I guess that's not LEGO's fault. Resistance bomber looks awesome.

Maybe it's just my love of the old-old Batman line, but every generation of the new Batmen irk me more than the previous one. The new cowl, the tan face, the boots and (not LEGO's fault, actually) the awful new logo on the torso, all make me dislike the new figures.. Joker with a purple hat? Awesome! Batfleck with a fake tan? Nope..
