As I see every mask have same outline but different color texture. So I made 1 transparent decal with outlines. Now all you need is to color it as you wish in paint, gimp or some other program. In case you have InkScape or something like that SVG vector design can be found here.

Are you talking about the masks? Its hard to do them until you specify what kind of decals you want. Should it be a face decal, or 2x2 plate, or something else. Could you provide more details please.

I believe they would like to expand design range and produce minifigures that resemble popular games or movies characters. But there is a problem. You cannot mass-produce recognisable mini figures of such characters without licensing. You probably can print one superman torso on request, as a commissioned project, but you can't put up a web store and offer Spiderman, Dexter, etc. for selling. Some copyright holders will most likely sue you. Besides licensing problems you'll need to make really good and popular designs that are made in TLG style (note that you cannot take someone's design and print it for sale without permission). So there might be quite a few flaws on way to scuces in making customs. But I'm looking forward to see your report if you will go all the way.

I tried using darked stroke. It definitely highlights antlers better than light stroke. And SVG version can be downloaded here for any derivations.

Just in case some of your forestmen will need a shield: All images are 600dpi Stroke variations: No stroke around brown border Light brown stroke around brown border Round-shield (the small one ∅1.6cm, like this one from collectible minifigures): Ovoid shield (simple and enforced): Also available in vector. Hello. I'm afraid there is no tan torso without print on it, but I may be wrong. But you can get any torso of tan color and remove the print. It is quite easy to start working with illustrator if you had experience with other vector design software or adobe products. There are plenty of tutorials on the Internet (for example http://vector.tutsplus.com/). But it is hard to master. I just studied some basics as I was designing the legionnaire, but it is enough to design decals. Good luck

Thanks for good words. I think buckle needs some details and ammo belt can be improved. Also you can tweak colors if needed. I have included psd link so all you need is trial photoshop. I can make a face decal when I get more time. Forgot to mention that these decals are designed at 600dpi and I forgot to set it when was saving to png. I have fixed dpi and updated files on brickshelf. Clear you cache and download them again. Good luck

Excellent customs here . I have a little suggestion about photographing dark minifigs, try to take photos of them using HDR techniques. There are a lot of HDR tutorials, basically you'll need 3 photos (underexposure, normal, overexposure) and photoshop or other program to combine 'em.

Red collar would look strange on red background, but anyway here are new colors: Orange 1, Orange 2, Red 1, Red 2. Also I've put psd files into my public dropbox folder: male, female. You can download them and recolor or even add some extra details. Thanks. I know about Inkscape and even have it installed. But I need more time to get used with it.

Amazing puzzle. Should have started yesterday. I've managed to guess 4 key words, but they all are already claimed. There are palm trees in one of the teaser images but they have nothing to do with this. Which teaser it refers to? I have seen only 2 teaser and no palms.
