hmmm...honestly I'm not very sure about TRU selling this DV as low as 4.99 euro. The polybag don't have product code. Other lego set in polybag had the product code (the orient expedition series, city series etc). That mean Lego never thought about selling the DV separately. so if somebody really buy the DV at TRU, please inform which TRU, so other can buy it too and confirmed. or this is just a hoax......... so I guess I'll wait until my friend in germany confirm about this DV-at-TRU things.......if it is true then I am in deep trouble.......but if this is just hoax then I'll be back to business :D :D :D

I guess now it's my time to get mad....... still have 16 DVs to sell.........but at 9.99 euro, I guess I just keep them in the box and hope the price will be rise again. Maybe 10 years from now.......... I will try to contact the Lego representation then, hope they can supply me the DVs....... huhuhuhuhuhuhu

sorry sorry, just want to make some fun :laugh: by the way, after comparing the chrome C-3PO and the chrome DV, I must say that the DV is far better than the C-3PO.

oooopps, I mispelled the C-3PO. I was very happy when I get this C-3PO and took a picture with my phone's camera...I will fix it then about the DVs.....yes I have a Lego Shop but since the DV's only available in US ( and in poland, and in sweden ), I cann't buy the DVs from Lego. I'm only a reseller and I have to buy sets from the Lego representation in my country. And the sets will be Asia version, not US version. I know a friend in US who bought several thousand set of 8014 to build an army. He found the DVs but didn't have time to put them in ebay so I bought them all...... if the DVs was a promotion then I might have at least 1000 of that :laugh:

FYI it is happening again... remember the giant castle chess ? in Singapore its price is S$299 or only around US$230... Singapore is much further from Billund than any European country but let's compare that price to European price and you'll understand what I mean. so let's face it we are TLC's cash cow but I still love Lego :-D

just sharing... I lived in Indonesia, very close to Singapore ( only 1 hour flight ). the difference is Lego in Singapore is under direct control of TLC and lego in Indonesia is under control of a private company. BUT...look at the price ....for example: 1. the castle battle pack, which is US$12,9 in USA is only S$12.9 in Singapore or about only about US$11. this sets never enter Indonesia market. 2. 5378 Hogwart Castle, which was US$89.99 in USA, is only S$99 in Singapore or about only US$80. this sets never enter Indonesia market 3. now the last one, 7676 Republic gunship is S$199.9 in singapore or about US$140. quite expensive isn't it? but look at our price in Indonesia $210 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the $@#% !!!! price in other country near Singapore is as the same as Indonesia. Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines price is as expensive as Indonesia. but why Singapore's price always cheaper? because Singapore is under TLC !!! it's not fair. completely not fair. not counting that Singapore always got the new item 1 month earlier than its neighbor. what about the market? Indonesia's population is 210 million, comparing with Singapore's 5 million. even Indonesia capital, Jakarta, the population is 12 million. so if TLC said that US price is cheaper than Europe because of the market size, I just don't believe them.

I have US$200 budget for Republic Gunship, but since I live in Indonesia, the shipping cost is unbelievable high. Now if I can get a Gunship WITHOUT minifig for $200 but INCLUDING the shipping cost then I'll buy it. I already have the necessary minifigs. next week my other 80 sets of 7655 will be arrived, but I won't open them until I got a republic gunship.
