I got 42070 for £140 instead of £219 there was no way on earth I was paying that, I got the Porsche for £150 instead of £250 that was another I was not going to buy. I love bargains

That is amazing, it's bigger than my lego building room.

I will wait for prices to sink to affordable levels, got thousands of Lego to sort and other stuff to do in the mean time.

42070 was overpriced by lego anyway, I got it with a third off at 140

The red section of the boom looks like its about 52 studs long not including the end which I guess to be about 9 or 10 studs long, oh man that is one piece of kit.

I think it might be the xl motor.

@Erik Leppen the v2 pneumatics are very similar between the Arocs and the Volvo

Just so happens I got 2 x 42053 and so have a complete untouched set of pneumatics for future use.

Sounds like TLG might have redeemed themselves from 2017 flagship, I like what I have been reading over last few pages.

I like the rally car it will go nicely with the Porsche and the Le Mans 24 car

I don't get the numbering order of next years set, all follow on from 2017. 42084 is thrown at us, a small model, is this to tell us technics is still here in 2019? Can anybody shed any light on this oddball.

At least 2018 technic line up is better than 2017 so much better and DBG panels , love the Mack and the rally car.

I took the plunge and got it for my birthday. The wife paid £140 from Amazon, there was no way it was worth £220.
