    I personally believe the best set in the first R1 wave is/was the Y-wing, but to be honest all the R1 sets were superb.

    Just a small point, but I am sure that in the OT movies the falcon had dark grey seating, rather than the light beige colour in this set. (the curved seating near the chess game-thing) Can someone clarify this for me please?

    I guess it's definately more of a display collectable than a normal lego construction set/toy, and it comes with the plaque and display stand so I reckon it's defo UCS. Strangely though, I have the lego sandcrawler still boxed somewhere in the house and that was certainly known as UCS, yet it has no plaque. Go figure !
