per Brick Clicker: potentially release Dec 1st (take with caution) Main color is OLIVE GREEN staircase leading up to the double doors with huge white overhang behind held up by two white pillars small garden on either side of the staircase with two gray minifigs and a large blossom tree on the right two fabric banners hang from the walls with advertisements for the space and dino displays using JW Brachiosaurus for artwork Gray roof with skylights and dome in center Looks like a mix of Disney Haunted Mansion and clocktower from Back to the Future reveal later this week!

Honestly I do not understand why we’re only getting 1 modular a year. It’s clearly highly anticipated and well sold every year. many of the BL and Ideas submissions are for Modulars so there’s strong evidence that the line has a loyal, motivated following. Give us more and expand the line to 2 a year!
