10305 Lion Knights' Castle 90th anniversary set
I wasn't aware that discount for Lego sets were even a thing, let alone a 30% discount. I thought that everything Lego related, especially important sets like this, went out of stock immediately or didn't need to be discounted considering how popular Lego is. Do you mind PMing me the store that had a 30% discount on the blacksmith?

LEGO LotR - general discussion
So do you think we can realistically expect to see more LOTR minifigs through Dimensions?

LEGO LotR - general discussion
It wasn't so popular if it existed just for a couple of years, you can be sure that if sales were actually good they would have thrown a remake already. What I meant is, I can understand those crazy prices with the star wars franchise because it sells so much, with UCS sets collectors will just pay anything and so the sellers will pump the prices for retired sets to the stars. But for a franchise like Lotr, which as popular as it was with books/movies wasn't that successful when talking about Lego and hadn't many sets for collectors apart from Orthanc, I thought you could find still decent prices. 30€ for a minifig? thanks but no thanks.

I thought to myself let's try at least to get the 9 fellowship minifigs, I already have Gandalf so how much could 8 cost in the end? This isn't star wars right? Well I will only say that Merry Pippin and Boromir can't be found on BL for less than 30€ and the others are like 10€ each... 100-150€ for 8 minifigs.. Really?

good for you. too bad you're trying to pass a "4 in 1" playset off as a UCS for "only" 250€. Where are the attackers in that assault? Why did u choose to brand it UCS? Do you think that bunch of mini sets are what "collectors" want? I suggest you go and check what "UCS" used to mean, it seems you don't remember it so well.

Collecting Star Wars minifigs: how did you start?
Hi, I'm new to the star wars lego world, I only have the new TFA millennium falcon and the 75094 shuttle, I was wondering if you can give me some tips on how to start collecting sw minifigs. Obviously the most efficient way would be buying sets, but there are not really a lot of sets I like honestly, I mean from the system world, I bought those 2 I already have because being non-ucs I think they are really beautiful for displaying purposes and I wouldn't buy one set only for the minifigs. The ucs ones however are cool and I'm probably going to get the slave I ( the others are by now too expensive for me unfortunately.). Also another way would be buying some minifig from bricklink, but being so many I don't really know where to start, can you suggest some kind of order starting from the cheapest ones? Every advice you can share on the matter would be really useful. Thank you guys.

Bricklinking 10210 The Imperial Flagship?
As much as I'd like to take all merits I honestly couldn't have so efficiently made it without Brickstore+Brickfiency+LDD+CisFran's ideas

Bricklinking 10210 The Imperial Flagship?
Hi everyone, I just finished ordering all the parts from bricklink. It took me 2 days to plan everything. I made the same substitutions that CisFran did apart from the dark brown slope curved 4x1 which I substituted with 4x2 instead of the same type. Apart from that I also made some little color change like the fences. In the end I spent 320€ in 7 orders, minifig and shipping included. All parts are new, tbh I could have spent even less considering I spent 220€ in a single order for 99% of the parts and spent the remaining on hull pieces+sails+rigging+minifig in 6 different orders, I just didn't want to wait weeks of stalking eBay auctions or wait for stores discounts. After all considering used sets start from 600+€ I think I still got a good deal out of it. I can't wait to start building! I'll post some pictures when the set is built ;)

Bricklinking 10210 The Imperial Flagship?
I can't believe you managed to bricklink everything for 240€ that is insane! Does anyone have a List of all parts substitutions with cheaper ones? Also CisFran do you have a list of all the parts you ordered to import in brickfiency? Thank you!
