  1. Its like me getting into mountain biking then buying up all the expensive bikes I can within weeks of me finding a new hobby. Its a bit excessive to go all in with all these highly expensive sets in a short space of time. Not that its wrong but all the questions you as and your buying patterns scream out reseller and the reason you are on this site is to see whats desirable for resale. The questions you have asked on may threads are quite contradictory too. Any way hope you have a long a good relationship with your new found building. Its what inexperienced resellers do from what I've seen. Scatter gun approach.
  2. No being funny but trying to get torsos for free just incase they may crack. Surely get them when they crack. Thats what Lego is trying to get rid of. Abusing the system.
  3. The best way to have got your answer was to have called shop.lego.com CS. Im sure they would have explained. Sorry, I have to say you sound like a reseller. You have set up a few threads about "investment" and you do indeed come across as a reseller who has just caught the wave of a new money making scheme. Also you added that you want to build these sets as someone mentioned reselling. By the amount of sets you have bought or are buying it does not seem you need to invest to buy more sets to build. Quite contradictory IMO. I some how doubt you want to build these sets. Hopefully you will genuinely be bitten by the bug of making these sets IMO.
  4. You have answered your own question. What was the point of asking if you know the cost involved?

Liking this. Just Bricklinked the official set but there are a lot of things I'm not happy with. This is much much closer to what I would like. Good work!
  6. Anyone think we will get a UCS sized Batmobile from BvS? Got a funny feeling thats why the Tumbler got retired within a year.
  7. Hello everyone Ive just got into Lego again after 20 years. My first set back in was the UCS Tumbler which was at the middle of last year. I have since Got X-Wing 10240 and UCS Tie Fighter. Im having trouble displaying these as they are huge! I am now looking for another set to build. Its either going to be Slave 1 or Millennium Falcon 75105. Now in the UK both of these are quite hard to get. Which one in your opinion will be retired 1st? I would have though Slave 1 but Amazon.co.uk seem to think they will not get in any other TFA Falcon and on Lego it says "Temp out of stock" with no restock date. Any ideas would be welcome.
