[MOC] Vladek's Dark Fortress
Hi guys, thanks for the comments! Here is a little upgrade to the Fortress. The rilevant changes are the "old city" with "normal" red roof at the edge of the fortress, an upgrade of the main tower, the build of the "tower of magic" on the left and the joining of the new Dragon faction to the army. I've tried to organize all the minifigs according to the "original" minifigs of each faction -right colour scheme, right weapons, right accessories- (thanks brickset :) ) I'm very very sorry for the poor quality of the photos but I'm definetly unable to use my camera ^^'' Hope you like it!

Winter Village: Mountain Guides Station
Eccezionale veramente! Amazing!! In my opinion you have exactly cought the mood of the mountain winter village, maybe (IMHO of course) a few Christmas details would be better but surely an awesome work. I love all details, swear. It would be great to see a set like this officially released! Brick on and good luck for the contest! Farrant

Winter Village: Winter Bookshop
Thanks to all Speaking truthfully, I bet on the Dickens' mood but I also hope it fits the Winter Village atmosphere too The Detective torso is the best one I found for the "old style" owner, I try to catch the Winter Village mood, among the "new" (like the children clothes in the official sets) and the pretty-vintage style (imho of course ) , like the bakery and toyshop buildings. The shelves is a stroke of genius consequently a lack of pieces to do furnitures Glad you like it PS: for Christmas I received the Winter Bakery so it had been a great Christmas Brick on (right? ) Farrant

Winter Village: Winter Bookshop
B-OV-23B Hi to all, finally I found the courage to post my MOC for the contest, hope you like it. Soon more photos on my Flickr page. According to the traditions, I think that can't miss a bookshop which sells traditional Christmas stories like A Christmas Carol or useful Christmas postcards. Main photo that introduces the bookshop and its characters: A gentleman who needs to buy some Christmas postcards to send and maybe a book of traditional tales Inside the bookshop. The main floor, the owner's private room and the attic The minifigs all together On flickr (when public)Winter Bookshop Happy holidays Farrant

Winter Village: Dress Shop
Great entry! I like a lot the lamp post, and the spinning wheel is great! My curioisity: why did you use trans-neon green pieces for the camera flash and for the lamp? It isn't better a trans-yellow for the lamp and silver for the flash? However the final effect is very nice. Great colour scheme specially for the wedding scene. Good luck for the contest :) Farrant

Monster Fighters 2012
I guess this theme will be a kind of "halloween-like" theme. While the "studios" theme had fictional monsters, I hope this will have "real" monsters. Personally I'd like a lot a theme of haunted houses and scary children instead a ghostbusters-like story. Something like scooby-doo but more serious. I will appreciate new molds for the classic monsters (ghost, vampire and werewolf) and i don't know what expect from others monsters like zombies, laguna monster and others. My 2 cents :)

Hi to all! I'm Farrant!
Hi to all, my name's Farrant :) This is my first post but I follow EB from a lot of time. I like to play Lego since I was 4, sadly my dark age began in the 2006 and end 1 year ago when I notice the new Kingdom theme. Sadly, I lost Vikings and much more. My favourite theme is absolutely Castle (all the subthemes) followed by Pirates and during the last time I like a lot Harry Potter (yes i'm late but who cares? Buildings are awesome :P ) I'm from Italy and, unfortunately where I live Lego are not much known. By the way, glad to be here! Bye :) Farrant
