  1. If you must glue your Legos (shame on you! :P ) then I'd recommend super glue in gel form. As Wardancer said, the liquid stuff seems to have a mind of its own.
  2. The Trench Coat looks amazing. I now desperately want to remake a scene from the Maltese Falcon.
  3. Perhaps you could use 2x1 tiles to cover the surface of the table and touch up the underneath in a different way? You could (mostly) keep the round shape that way.
  4. Perhaps tiling the table would give it a sleeker look? Good job though, I'm impressed! :)
  5. Bit of a creepy tale. Nice job!

I love how compact the first one is. Nice job on all of these!

The posing is excellent, and the tree is very well done. I'd hate to be the woodcutter to chop down that beautiful tree.

Using those Naboo planets was genuis. The whole thing looks very sleek and polished. Although Steampunk isn't exactly a historical set.
  9. Haha, oh goodness, that was very cute and enjoyable! I loved it!

We are overdue on a new hospital/clinic/insert medical building here. However, I don't know if it would be modular. Lego sets are getting smaller.

Excellent detail! And the roof is just plain awesome.

I would like to see more pics from all angles. But from what I can see now, it looks good!
  13. That's hardly a direct reference. If you notice, a lot of Lego genres with an element of fantasy (Bionicle, Ninjago, Castle, etc.) use the excuse of "when there is good, there is also evil" to churn out as many villians as possible. And even if we were to compare the personalities, they're quite different. Makuta is more of the "cold, calculating, but completely insane" warlord, while the Overlord is more of a "let's just do a direct assault and see what happens" type. If you watched the Ninjago TV series, he hated being trapped inside a computer, because he wasn't free to attack everything. Makuta, on the other hand, let his minions revive him, and didn't seem angry that he was trapped for who knows how long. The movesets, in addition, are different. The Overlord seems to use possesion and summoning abilities, with the ability to shapeshift. Makuta, while he is able to possess things (giant robot suit) he doesn't seem to wield the powers the Overlord has. Whoa, I got a little in depth there.
