  1. This is just so spectacularly beautiful! Love the way you combined multiple scenes and I really love the mini Falcon popping out of the side.
  2. Very nice entry! As others have said, that rockwork is great!

This is all sorts of cool! I love the SNOT work on the nose. I wonder, though, if the wings seem a bit short?
  4. Very cool, with the right shape and details. Awesome fig, as well.
  5. I'm surprised no one has commented on this. Bring it, Rebels! The Empire will crush you! Mwuhahahahahaha!
  6. With our combined strength, we will crush the accursed Alliance and bring order to the galaxy once more!
  7. NPU all around! I think I like these better than your first set.
  8. Looks like I may have alot of company destroying the accursed Alliance! Mwahahahahahaaaaa!!!!

Wow! this is just an all-around beautiful build! I love the use of those sails as the fuselage.
  10. This is beautiful, like all you builds! Love the round shape and all the detailing. My only nitpick would be that those trans-yellow parts should be trans-orange.
  11. Thanks! As I've said on other sites, the real challenge of this build was making it both Batman-esque and Star Wars-esque at the same time. I'm pretty sure I've done that (or at least, tried to). Thanks! Tim Burton's "Bat vehicles" were definitely the biggest influence on the look of this.
  12. Really cool idea and construction! I love the parts usage in the engines.
  13. Thanks for the blog, Oky! I figured you'd dig this one. I do plan on building more in this theme, probably Darth Joker's BowTIE Advanced, next.
  14. Thanks! There are droid parts in those colors, unfortunately, I don't have them or I would have made R0-B1-N more Robin-esque.
  15. Thanks, brothah! I almost Stole...er..borrowed your technique for the front lever thingies, but came up with a better technique.

A year ago, I started a theme I call Bat Wars (a combination of Batman and Star Wars, duh). This is my 2nd build in the theme, the Batspeeder! After his aunt and uncle are killed by Darth Joker, Bruce Skywalker vows to learn the ways of the Force and becomes the Bat Knight, fighting crime across the galaxy and battling the evil Clown Empire. This is obviously a cross between Luke's Landspeeder and Batman's Batmoblie/Batboat. The real challenge here was making this both Batman-esque and Star wars-esue. The Bat Knight and his faithful sidekick, the Droid Wonder, R0-B1-N.

Haha! Tht's funny because that is the exact piece I planned to use! Great minds think alike (and dirty ones.)

Thanks! Lady Vader has something worse than PMS: The Dark Side!

Thanks! I know where she's coming from, too. Believe me, I love and respect women a great deal. What's ironic is that women in real life dress this way and go to conventions. So, who's really alienating who?

Thanks! You're correct: that was the main image I used as reference.
  21. Really cool walker with a nice design and great parts usage!

Can't seem to find any comments from females about your female...did I miss something? She looks like she might be cold (without clothes), and are you sure she is still breathing with such a tiny waist? And can she really walk/fight/whatever the heck she is supposed to do in those HIGH heels? [/quoteThanks! ]I've been wondering the same thing, as far as comments from females. Well, obviously, this lies under the nerdboy fantasy of scantily clad SW women and isn't meant to be taken totally seriously.. As far as the waist-size, keep in mind the limits of Lego pieces; this is the best I could do at this scale. As far as her high heels, she has a jetpack.
  23. Thanks! I feel like I have a knack for Steampunk, especially walkers.

Haha! Well, they don't HAVE to be, but it doesn't hurt. And it certainly helps draw in fans and comments. My next set of figs will be Lady Vader and her Femtroopers, after I order some more parts. I do plan on Hannah Solo and Chewie-liscous as well.
