There has been the iTouch, a phoneless version of it which has more memory. But I agree that the price drop was silly. Never piss off early adopters; it would be like Lego putting the UCS MF on a half price sale tomorrow...
  2. Great new episode and so much to comment on! It's great to see more of Alex. Will you ever show his house? I was surprised to see the creator figure butterfly hunting! What is the pimp lion fishing for? I love the pose of the walrus awaiting a paddled behind! Ahhh, that takes me back. I like the background action with the robot knocking over the troll. I really love your kitchen. You have made me so jealous and I will be making my own soon. Your walrus is in such great condition! Was he new? I love the fart effect! I laughed my head off at the Boner Party flush scene. I was a bit confused though later as I though you were flushed down as well. It was late when I was reading it the first time... I was surprised by the Cutless Iz cameo. (I thought she promised she would return...) I just noticed that chrome dragon head! Nice.. I didn't know they came in chrome. Great to see the return of Sir J. Are you planning on explaining their backstory? SW4J looks sooooo odd holding a mug! Thanks for the eyes reference. Maybe I should tell the tale! What the M%g# Bl&ks is that thing on "my" head on page 6? I have never seen that hat or print. I love Coll's costume. I showed it to her but she wasn't interested in buying something similar. She does have a coconut bra and grass skirt that she bought i Hawaii though... I really love the haunted house. Is that a new MOC? I see you are showing off your cyprus trees again... I love the appearence by Mr Manderlorian. Your town seems to have a troll problem... Glymans cafe is great, even though the people who work there are freaky... I'm glad the whole Copmike issue is resolved... unless you want revenge youself. EDIT: I forgot to say that I think this is the best yet. It has more of a story than the others. I wonder what will happen next!

I wouldn't buy one of these as a smart phone without external storage isn't... well... smart. Apple like it that way so you are forced to buy a new one later. :-| Actually you are a bit confused. There has been only one iPhone release with two models, one with 4GB and the other with 8GB. I think the whole price drop after only a few months has made you think there has been a second version already.
  4. Actually no! I have had this page open in a tab since you posted it as I wanted to get around to making a comment sometime. Yesterday I started catching up on some old comments, and now I have only one left; Whacker and the Walrus issue #4. I hope to do that one in a few hours...

It was surprisingly popular. I think most people just entered already made MOCs so it wasn't too much effort! X-D
  6. I owe it to you after I gave your fighter a raspberry! :-P
  7. Cloud City Boba Fett. I soooo regret not buying this set. :'-( (Blaster is a custom.)
  8. Siegfried replied to KimT's post in a topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yep! I just had the same Ah-Ha moment too! I looked back to see if I was first but the answer is no... :'-( That set is a must buy now! *sweet* Do you now? ;-)
  9. I think it was Hogwarts. I don't like Harry Potter, or most of the sets, but it was half price. *sweet* Harry Potter sites at half price are great parts sets. I got the The Durmstrang Ship and "Rescue from the Merpeople" for half price too!

Actually I don't like most mosaics... Well I was a bit mad at you for ignoring my rant for several days! Interesting I haven't recieved any votes since I picked on your fighter! :-P I actually think you should feel complemented that I insulted your work... *wacko*
  11. Back on topic (this could be a first for me!) I really like this. *wub* The colours are really odd (especially the roof), but I still think it works. Why is the clock in the middle of the tower and not the top? That tree is really cool and I think the rushing river effect works well. Which one of the mini-figs is you? :-D The pillow fight was a nice touch! (Thanks for including "me"!) Overall I rate this MOC as 3.1415926535897932.

My thought on that is that unless you have a long thin engine there is no way to get access to most of it anyway. My old Radar was designed so there was just enough room between cabinets to open doors.. ...but it is harder to design engines this way. (Sorry I couldn't resist! :-$ ) In todays ships engines, and often Radars and guns are designed to be removed completely for any major maintainence (and often for routine work as well) and I can't see this changing. Most aircraft, the ISS and the shuttle work the same way. My preference has always been for external engines for safety reasons and (oddly) easy of maintainence. The way I see it is that it would be easier to fix an external engine as there would be less size/shape constraints and you could then design it in a modular fashion so there was duplication of parts and thus you could then use parts from several engines to get one working. Most military equipment is designed so parts can be swapped for ease of testing and repairs. Small modules you could even bring inside for more delicate work. But this is just the way I prefer things! :-P I do! Are you going to put a worm gear in there to lock it in place, or do you have something else in mind? Well I wasn't complaining. :-P
  13. :-P You might have a point! I quite liked my little worker mech. :'-( How would that work though if we both did one next time?

The PF motors are quite powerful actually. If they use any of the current ones I will be happy.
  15. Shhh! I know; but don't ruin Hinckley's moment. ;-)
  16. Sort of. I did lose after all, I was crying all night. :'-(
  17. I love it. I so want to make something 1/10 this good but I don't have the pieces. (I probably don't have the talent either... :'-( ) I love the wall details of all the buildings, and that bridge is stunning. Nice pig too. :-D You did an excellent job of the river bank. Thanks for posting and welcome to Eurobricks! *wub*

Now this is an excellent example of creative parts usage. *wub* Absolutely stunning work! The head is so cool! How tall is he?
  19. I ended up buying both this and the dozer. :-$ I plan on using my Dino for a IR car in a month or two...
  20. "The creator"? "The creator"?! Oh, give me a break! "The creator" of that beautiful building is Hinckley and you know it! How did you miss the vote? Me and Hinckley were advertising it and we are both decently active here. Or do you ignore both of us now? :'-(

Very good work on a very odd idea! :-D

I think that they will make a new IR sensor and remote as you can't have one speed trains. I'd say that they would also make a new sensor mold that would be easier to integrate; perhaps 6x2 with the switch and power connectors in the middle? But I think BUCHI has proved that it isn't that hard to do as is. His motor solution is especially elegant.

Those disc launcer are pretty lame. I wish Lego would stop making them. Great improvement! *sweet*
  24. Even I did this once as I got some X-Wing pilot Lukes cheap at the Lego shop in Disneyland and I didn't have a non-key ring one. (I still don't.) I just used pliers and it came out easy.
  25. That is such a beautiful set. *wub* I can't beleive you got is so cheap. I better add this to my BrickLink list.
